This Spantax DC-4 is registered in the Aircraft Register on October 20, 1947, although its first registration was EC-DAO in the early 40's, when acquired by Iberia, flies with the flag company until Which was transferred to Aviaco in the early 1960s, in 1966 it returned to Iberia and on November 12, 1966 it was acquired by Spantax. This aircraft was the only one who flew in Spain with Spanish tuition. Its owner was Rodolfo Bay Wright, commander of Iberia and founder of Spantax. The life of this aircraft was short but intense, Bay made several flights with this plane to Villa Cisneros in order to transport lobster Peninsula, was released in the aircraft without dual controls. The Monterey Peninsula Airport has regular flights that are available to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Denver and Las Vegas where connecting flights can take you anywhere in the world. There are five fixed base operators located here: APR Aviation, Million Air, Monterey Bay Aviation, Monterey Jet Center and Navy Flying Club. Version 2 adds the following: Photoscenery to cover within airport grounds, all aprons, taxiways, buildings placed correctly on phototexture, GA Static aircraft, apron lights, taxi lights, animated windsock with segmented circle and pattern markers and a variety of custom hangars and eye-candy.
