The Akron Rigid Airship: This is my impression of the U.S. Naval Airship, the " Akron", based on some old photos.The Akron made her first flight to Washington. The Airship was commmissioned a U.S. Naval Vessel on November 2, 1931. The Akron ran into a storm off the New Jersey Coast on April 3, 1933 and crashed into the sea. Seventy Three men perished aboard the ship. It signaled the beginning of the end of an era of lighter than air ships. The interior panel is by Casey Priscialla and the zeppelin soiunds are by Lennart Olsson. The Model was designed by Frank J. Petriccione. 1.7MB

A Military Base for the FSX Marine Corps... Airport ID is FSMC. There is a Bombing Run as part of a side mission too, id BOMB, in the GPS, it is an Industrial area with a few fires where others have tried to bomb it for practice.A few carriers just off the coast too from the base.

This program was designed with ease of use in mind for selecting a random airport to begin flying in FS2004. The program will display the airport ICAO code then co-ordinates. I am a 15 year old aviation enthusiast that loves flying and ATC, but hate having to choose an airport to depart from and arrive at, or to control. This program has now removed this to make my flight more random with less decisions to make. I also like to explore areas I haven't been before, again this selects a random airport, from thousands of different ones, so exploring is inevitable. The only installation required is to copy the Airports.txt file to the route of your hard drive C: or D: (for more drives e-mail me as above), then run the respective program for that drive from any folder you wish. Airports.txt: This file was collected from my FS2004 and contains every airport in it. Currently the program selects a line at random and displays it, whether a large international airport or small grass field. You could edit the file just to contain your favourite airports and it will NOT affect the running of the program as long as the file remains as Airports.txt. I am hoping in future versions to allow you to select a type of airfield, i.e. large, medium or small or select from runway length, though this will take a while to produce, if ever. This is my first repaint for the FSX AI Default de Havilland Dash 8. Although the repaint is not perfect (Logos mirrored on tail and nose, and has an Orbit Airlines Logo retained in black), the Dash 8 was in service for Piedmont Airlines owned by US Airways Express. Splash screen included. This repaint requires the Dash 8 Flyable pack by Braden Peters. By Victor Vu.

Sikorsky SH/CH-34/HUS (S-58) FS9 Model: Willy Vernikie FSX native conv, misc stuff by:Y.T. Alphasim S-55 VC merge installed. Great flier, though the cfg is not really for a S-58, I didn't want to screw with it. Excellent slinging model, saved slinging flight provided, and a AI carriers set of slingload objects.

FS2004 Beriev BE-12 Update. This is an update of the Beriev BE-12 by Vladimir Zhyhulskiy (here). I have updated the flight dynamics, corrected the contact points where necessary and added two float points, changed the throttle quadrant to a toggle window as it was not all visible, and changed the engines from jets to turbo-props.
