This folder contains a textures set for the A2A WoP2 B-17G . 42-107009 was a B-17G of the 401st BG. According to Lt John Emch, the copilot, they were hit by flak during their bombrun over Hamburg on the 6th of November 1944. This damaged their no2 engine, and vibrations in this engine tore an oil-line in no 1 engine, causing it to overheat. Realising that they were not going to make it to England, they decided to head south for allied lines. When a third engine failed, they had to make an emergency landing in the Wieringermeer. Dutch civilans tried to hide them, but the Germans had seen them come down and were very quickly at the spot and 9 crewmembers were taken prisoner (what happened to the 10th remained a mystery, the crew said he bailed out earlier, but he was never found). The Germans relieved the wreckage of all valuable material and blew up the rest. The remains were later buried in the field by the farmer, Mr. Iwema. Quick and dirty update of Jim Jacobson's original HUP to FSX MDLX native format, doors and DV windows on the usual door commands. The VC is from Mick Posch's H-21 Banana, it's all set up for that, viz: textures and eye points. NOTE: you will have to copy over the H-21 VC mdl file to the HUP model folder, the entry's are all made in the cfg file. Sound aliased to the H-21C, so you'll need that one installed. Bearing in mind that this is an ancient CFS2 model, the old hubschraber looks pretty good, and would benefit greatly from detailed textures. MB339PAN_FSX_updated files.txt (30 October 2012) The files enclosed in this archive ( aircraft.cfg ,MB339_Pan.air and panel.cfg) solves some problems with the model flight behaviour and with Autopilot not working in the right way in the original model. This is a utility that randomly generates UK and European flights for FS2004 and then updates the simulator so you can read the information without having to exit. The program will select a departure airport if you wish and give you the option of choosing between European or UK only flights. All aircraft, take-off times and visibility distances are generated at random, but allowances have been made to ensure large aircraft will not be allowed to operate in small airports, and carrier borne aircraft only are designated to aircraftcarriers. A dropdown menu displaying the two digit ID start codes of all European countries is included.

Some minor adjustments to the AltraMax Version 2 textures to color the aircraft like the original version. Simply extract to your Altra MAX main folder and overwrite the existing textures with these. Enjoy!
