FS2004/2002
Bombardier C Series C130.
In March 2004, Bombardier started an evaluation program to examine
the feasibility of a new generation of commercial aircraft.
The concept definition phase of the development program for
the CSeries started in 2004 and is scheduled to continue into
2006. About 20% of the aircraft by weight will be of composite
construction. Composite materials are used in the centre and
rear sections of the fuselage, the tail cone, empennage and
wings. The aircraft features a fourth generation transonic wing
design. Designed & textures by J R Lucariny. 1.9MB

FS2004/FSX Spitfire Mk XVI LF:
The Mk XVI was a late production Spitfire with an American-built Packard Merlin 266, license-built version of the Rolls-Royce Merlin 66. The difference in service tooling between the British and American engines necessitated the introduction of the new mark. This is the clipped wing version.Tested in FS2004/FSX/FSX Acceleration. WOP B-17G "lady Jane" Textures

This folder contains a textures set for the A2A WoP2 B-17G . 42-107009 was a B-17G of the 401st BG. According to Lt John Emch, the copilot, they were hit by flak during their bombrun over Hamburg on the 6th of November 1944. This damaged their no2 engine, and vibrations in this engine tore an oil-line in no 1 engine, causing it to overheat. Realising that they were not going to make it to England, they decided to head south for allied lines. When a third engine failed, they had to make an emergency landing in the Wieringermeer. Dutch civilans tried to hide them, but the Germans had seen them come down and were very quickly at the spot and 9 crewmembers were taken prisoner (what happened to the 10th remained a mystery, the crew said he bailed out earlier, but he was never found). The Germans relieved the wreckage of all valuable material and blew up the rest. The remains were later buried in the field by the farmer, Mr. Iwema. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the repaint kit by A2A.

FSX GAF Nomad 22B

FSX GAF Nomad 22B. The GAF Nomad 22B is a twin-engine turboprop, high-wing, short takeoff and landing (STOL) aircraft. 172 aircraft were built by the Australian Government Aircraft Factories (GAF) in the period 1975-85. This model is available in three deliveries, including those from "The Flying Doctors". The Nomad 22 was used in this popular Australian TV series (1986-92). It is a brand new model for FSX, made with FSDS v3.5. This is my first model built from scratch, but has full animation of all control surfaces, nose wheel control, wheels, doors, propellers... It also features a 2D cockpit panel made with standard meters. Most of the work was put into the virtual cockpit. This is optimized for use with virtual reality glasses. I use FSX-Flyinside with the Oculus Rift. The open cockpit gives a very nice view all around. All instruments and switches (in VR) are comparable to the original cockpit and are easy to read and operate. By Ivo Verlaeckt.

Cathay Boeing 747-400 B-HOW package with enhanced VC.
Cathay Boeing 747-400 B-HOW upgraded version.
Assembled and upgraded for FSX with the developed B747 VC
(virtual 3d cockpit) from Alejandro Rojas Lucenda. This
is the Project Opensky updated FSX native Boeing 747-400
RB211 model, and includes - ground cargo servicing,
opening doors, stairs (FSX - Go to Views - Instrument
Panel -Posky Utility) and more.
I have included 747 engine sounds, with realistic jet
whine to make your flight sound great.
Upgraded using the vastly improved Boeing 747 VC from
Alejandro Rojas Lucena/FSND (See panel docs for details).
VC includes FMC, EICAS, MFD with control panel, GPWS,
working wipers, cabin lights, fire suppression, avionics
switch, fuel crossfeed, landing lights switches, taxi
light switch, engine generators, APU generator, battery
switch, starter switches, de-ice switch, general lights
switches. Jetways exits and view points edited.
Thank you to Project Opensky for their outstanding
donations to the worldwide community of flight
simulation. I have included the high quality textures by
Jonathon Sze.
Also includes the Boeing 747 VC textures upgrade. This
give a much clearer 747 interior virtual cockpit look.
Assembled at request on Simviation forums for FSX by
Chris Evans.
