FS2004 RAF Fairford, UK, Scenery. With FS9's default Fairford AFCAD simply being a piece of tarmac which was hardly realistic. Hours of pouring over scale charts, maps and photos saw the AFCAD completed with as much accuracy as was possible so it seemed natural to try to add a few buildings. In early 2019, this aircraft G-BYGC in painted in BOAC 100 years retro livery. Assembled and edited for FSX with Enhanced VC from Alejandro Rojas Lucenda. Currently (2016) Shandong operates a fleet of around 100 aircraft of which 2 are CRJ-700. Model by Project Opensky with VC. Upgraded VC by Robert Taylor, includes HUD, GPWS, better VC textures. FSX/FS2004 F-47 D Thunderbolt The big Republic P-47 Thunderbolt was one of the most successful and best-loved fighters of all time. The 'Jug', named for its bulky shape, was a monster of a machine, yet it was fast and manoeuvrable. After WW2 many Thunderbolts arrived in the National guard squadrons, as F-47 and were still being flown in 1955. Seven different textures created by Mick.
