Juan de Nova Island (French: locally Ile Juan de Nova or officially Ile Juan da Nova), also known as Saint-Christophe, is a 4.4 square kilometres (1.7 sq mi) low, flat, tropical island in the narrowest part of the Mozambique Channel, about one-third of the way between Madagascar and Mozambique. This is where five oil rigs are looking for oil. Once a year the 'rig guys' get a week of vacation to Mozambique or Madagascar 'Caguachatti Oil Rest Camps'. You are one of the pilots who flies them there and returns them after the 'Boosy week' as it is called. No time to waste pilots get on with the job. FS2002 Grumman XF5F-1 Skyrocket PTO Operational Colors The Grumman Skyrocket was developed just before WW2 and was the first twin engine Navy fighter. It had awesome performance for its day, it was fast (exceeded 450mph in a dive) and could outclimb a Corsair. Carrier pilots loved it because the contra-rotating props eliminated torque effects on takeoffs and landings. Unfortunately, the Navy thought it was too heavy for carrier ops and opted to mass produce the single engine F4F. This FSDS2 Project includes full moving parts (tail hook, canopy, ailerons etc...)custom panel and specular shine, repaint based on a "what if" the navy had chosen this aircraft instead of the wildcat....the rest is history. FS2002 STD/PRO model Savoia Marchetti S 55 X This is the virtual model for Fs2002 of the famous italian flying boat. The model here presented shows one of the examples of the plane that took part to the historic North Atlantic flight to commemorate the tenth anniversary of foundation of Italian Royal Air Force in 1933. Archive contains two different examples of the plane. One with Marshall Italo BALBO marks and the other with that of Capt.NANNINI. This is the 3rd version of my model, it is made with FSDS2 from ABACUS has full moving parts, a detailed cockpit canopy with pilot inside, a 3D virtual cockpit . Model and panel by Massimo Taccoli. This is a repaint of the Mirage F1CT (F1V25.zip) by Kirk Olsson. It is painted as an F1CT from the Armee de l'Air during 1993. This aircraft was assigned to Escadron de Chasse 1/13 Artois at COLMAR-Meyenheim AB from November 1992 (replacing the Mirage IIIE) to October 1993 when unit was disbanded.
