FS2004 F86-Sabre Italian Airforce. The model reproduces the aircraft flown by Capt. Giovanni Quai in the early sixties: it features highly reflective metallic skin and the usual moving parts, such as all flight controls, spinning wheels and so on. The panel background has been created entirely from scratch, based on photographic material found in the official operating manual and some photos shot by the authors. The most part of the gauges have been created by the authors. Included in this model there is also a very simple Virtual Cockpit, with working essential gauges and animated flight controls. Capt. I. Beriev Be-12 Chaika (Seagull) NATO reporting name: MAIL FSX/P3D. Multi-purpose maritime reconnaissance, electronic warfare, anti-submarine and SAR amphibian flying boat of the AVMF. A few remain in use to this day. Evolved from the Be-6, and designed in parallel with the Be-10, the Chaika was a dedicated ASW machine developed to counter George Washington/Polaris A-1 SSBN's, as initially designed, with the SKAT nuclear depth bomb. FSX 2021 native conversion of this all new, and excellent Be-12 by Doson, Gritsevsky, Wishmaster, DZIES. With the kind permission of Doson. The model does not have a VC modelled, so our trusty An-32 by Piglet has donated a VC. It's pretty close, and does the job nicely. The model also had no flightcrew, so a set of Piglet aircrew were slid in. Vlads dear old, and terribly inaccurate Mail, can go to a well deserved retirement after 19 years of service. Doson's is accurate in shape and dimensions, very fast FPS, pretty good for drawcalls, and looks great. The Mail is a challenging modelling job, and these boys have him just right. The CV 990 was the last trial for Convair in the competition with the Boeing 707 and the Douglas DC8. A very few number were sold despite of the very hight performances. Original model by Eric Johnson, textures by Tony Madge. Adaptation to FSX, gauges including GPWS callout, panels for wide and standard screen (no VC) by Philippe Wallaert. CYQQ (2010) portrays Canadian Forces Base Comox (Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada) (CYQQ), the Comox Valley Air Terminal and surrounding area. It is fully compatible with Ultimate Terrain Canada/Alaska for FS2004, Ultimate Terrain X - Canada for FSX and ORBX's FTX NA Blue. CYQQ (2010) includes over 100 "hand-crafted" buildings and other structures and 10 different vintage aircraft on static display, as well as aircraft and traffic files for a realistic AI scenario that causes a variety of military aircraft that come and go. (Use BC Regional AI - also available from this file library - for scheduled traffic.) Civilian AI is now routed so as not to transit military aprons. Aside from the new approach lighting, generally, this new version is visually identical to its predecessor - even though quite different internally. As well, to the extent possible, it is compatible with Prepar3Dv2.
