FS2004 Vinh Long Airfield, Vietnam, circa 1968 Scenery. A model of Vinh Long Airfield (circa 1968), a US Army combat aviation base in the Mekong Delta. It was the home of the 114th Aviation Company. This unit flew UH-1 Huey helicopters, and was known as "The Knights of the Air." Vinh Long also had port facilities for a fleet of US Navy swift boats. Vinh Long's 3,500' asphalt runway was flanked on both sides by large, rectangular water-filled basins. This scenery was designed for FS 2002 but it should work in FS 2004. George Knowles. 929K

FS2002 MUDRY CAP 10B by Gary Myers The CAP 10B "Mudry" was first built in 1967 and saw it's first successful flight in August of 1968. It is an all wood construction, 2 seater aerobatic trainer that is also used in competitive and exhibition flying. The French Air Force also uses it to select and train future fighter pilots. The VC is the Microsoft/Alejandro Rojas Lucena/FSND base modified by Speedbird77 to resemble a Max cockpit, including gauges by G. Munro. There are custom CFM eco sounds included for that extra realism. Use - Instrument panel - Util for ground vehicles, doors stairs, fuel truck, buses. New Utility allows Bus, fuel, doors and more. The VC is the Alejandro Rojas Lucena/FSND fantastic revised Boeing 737-800 VC model. This VC model includes Working wipers (right mouse click on switch) with rain effect. Switches for LCD Screens, EICAS, PFD, MFT. Autobrake switch. Opening pilots window. Cabin Lights switch. Realistic FMC. Ground Proximity Warning System (GPWS), More Realistic night VC textures.
