This is addon scenery to Seattle downtown. I've created a Medical centre with a modern tarmac (surrounded with brick paving ring) helipad. The medical centre is oval shape, and the upper section a huge skysckraper. There's also a black 4x4 at the front door & walkway from helipad to front door as well. The pad has night lights. There's also a modern hotel on the river bank between Seattle and Everett. Ultra modern tarmac helipad surrounded by concrete ring, fully night lighting. There's a bridge in the walkway from pad that goes over a fishpool, (rocks in water) to hotels front entrance. Approach over water. Flying west is an Oilrig with landable helipad. This is an FSX Piper Seminole converted to fly in FSX from FS 2002. There is a virtual cockpit as well as a standard cockpit with red night lighting effects in both. The aircraft is capable of beautiful hands free autopilot takeoffs with half flaps and the default rate of climb used. I have included Icons for popups that include, throttle, radios, GPS, compass, ATC, and the Kneeboard which includes a custom checklist. The aircraft has been repainted with a brilliant sheen of deep maroon and white as well as a bureau number change. Original model by Chuck Dome. Uses all default FSX gauges within the reworked virtual cockpit. The autopilot works well with Vor and GPS. Public domain as set forth in the read me file located within the aircraft folder. I did the new texture after request from another fellow Pilot, and avid flight sim enthusiast. The new variants run well in my sim. The Supermarine Sea Otter was a British designed anphibian biplane intended to replace the once venerable Supermarine Walrus in the Royal Air Force reconnaissance and search and rescue missions. It had the distinctions of being the last biplane flying boat to achieve front line service in Great Britain’s armed force. The package features an entirely resorked VC and 2D panel with all new gauges. Credits go to A.F. Scrub for the original model and to Hans van Spelde for the Dutch repaint. Panel updates and new gauge configuration by Michael Pook. The model may work in FS2004 and P3D (v.3). This is the whole aircraft.

FS2004 Fairchild F-91 Package: In 1935 Pan American engineers working closely with A. A. Gassner developed this amphibious aircraft that was to be known as the Fairchild F-91. It was an all metal shoulder wing monoplane intended to carry eight passengers. The aircraft featured fully retractable landing gear . While a very attractive airplane only eleven were ever produced with two of those going to the Brazilian subsidiary of Pan American for use on the Amazon River. Two F-91s went to the Japanese Navy for testing and were used as liaison aircraft. The last F-91 produced was purchased by American Millionaire Gar Wood who had it named “Wings of Mercy” and painted in RAF colors.
