FSX Branson Airport (KBBG), Branson, Missouri (MO). This project adds a new Branson Airport, which opened in May 2009, and is a privately developed commercial airport. The construction of the airport, which involved the flattening of several Ozark Mountains, is claimed to be the largest earthmoving project in Missouri history. As a result, the airport actually sits on a manmade plateau, surrounded by rolling hills. The airport uses the ICAO identifier BBG, however, the airlines use the IATA code BKG. The terminal, hangar, FBO, and cars were added and modified from stock FSX scenery, using the FSX Object Tool, to resemble as closely as possible the actual airport. By Carlyle Sharpe.

FS2004/FSX VE-7 Trainer The Vought VE-7 Bluebird was an early biplane of the United States. First flying in 1917, it was designed as a 2-seat trainer for the United States Army, then adopted by the United States Navy as its very first fightertrainer aircraft. In 1922, a VE-7 became the first plane to take off from an American aircraft carrier. Works in FS2004 and FSX. GMAX mdl by A.F.Scrub.

Four repaints of the "Virtavia MH53J Pavelow III" in U.S.M.C. liveries although the U.S. Marines does not fly the MH53J they do fly the CH53E very similar to this aircraft.

"imp" means imperfect, as other mesh I have already processed is of areas that have very little vegetation cover - over the land, or has large urban areas. This "imp" mesh will include some slight discrepancies of altitude (in the case of forested areas - by a magnitude sometimes of +15 metres-depending on how tall the trees are, in the jungle or forest canopy) over urban areas, or areas with a lot of vegetation cover - due to the limitations of the ASTER satellites infra red scanning cameras, and the software used to process the DEM data. Areas where there is little vegetation cover, or non urban areas, the terrain should have truer values. But I feel this ASTER DEM data is so good - why let it all go to waste - especially flying over lovely Pacific islands? So you FSX users out there will have to take all this into account when using this mesh. Grateful thanks to ERSDAC, and NASA for making this data freely available to the public. FSX LFQJ Maubeuge Elesmes, France. A very interesting little air complexe with a proper runway in concrete, 2 in grass, and a large landing field for ... parachutists. Located in the very North of France, very close to the border with Belgium, The place host a air club, a para club, a flying models club, a good bar and ... a large farm near by. Thanks to the authors of Gmax, FSX planner and SbuilderX for those superbes development tools. Using almost only existing elements of FSX, this should not hit too much your FPS. Dominique M.L.
