The Curtiss P-40Q was an experimental project which attempted to produce a really modern fighter out of the existing P-40. The modifications were in fact so drastic that there was very little in common with earlier P-40 versions. The most prominent XP-40Q feature was the cutting down of the rear fuselage and the addition of a bubble canopy as on the "XP-40N". The result was an aircraft which bore almost no resemblance whatsoever to its parent P-40 line. The V-1710-121 engine was fitted with water injection, resulting in a power of 1425 hp. Speed increased to 422 mph at 20,500 feet, making it the fastest of all the P-40s. This is Tim Conrad's model with revised and enhanced panels compliant for FSX/ P3D.3. Smoke added. Take off from an addon heliport, land on a cruise ship helipad, pick up passengers, fly to several helipad sites in Monaco and drop off passengers. Aircraft used is the Bell 206B JetRanger. A few passengers from Acceleration are used.

This version 5L / Lights update, add new, engine, landing and taxi bleu LED ground effect lighting for the earlier version V5 that did included more improved and detailed aircraft model and textures, including CamSim's own static displays and Animated Ground Servicing (AGS). 2d panel but no VC. With photo-terrain scenery from satellite imagery of Yahoo Satellite. Not compatible with versions prior to FSX. This scenery includes terminal building and hangars with realistic textures from images obtained from Internet. Also includes a friendly Auto-Install.

FS2002 Ubon Royal Thai Air Force Base. AIRBASE SCENERY DESCRIPTION An accurate model of Ubon Royal Thai Air Force Base as it appeared in mid-1968. Ubon RTAFB was the home of the famous 8th Tactical Fighter Wing “Wolfpack” during the Vietnam War (1965-1974). The 8th TFW flew F-4 Phantom IIs. The “Wolfpack” shot down 40 North Vietnamese MiG aircraft - more than any other fighter unit of that war. Another specialty of the 8th TFW was “bridge busting” using laser guided bombs. Note: This scenery requires the Trees_v3.zip Object Library by Gerrish Gray. Due to the large size of this scenery (about 900 textured 3-D objects) it will not function correctly on older, slower computer systems.
