Hawaiian Airports Part 1 This scenery features accurate recreations of the airports at PHMK Molokai, PHNY Lanai City, PHHN Hana, PHLU Kalaupapa, and JHM Mauai West. All runways, aprons, taxiways and buildings have been repositioned to their correct locations, and include custom textures based on real photographs. The new hanger has been added to Hana and also the new fire stations at Lanai and Molokai. The scenery features effects, sound, many animated objects including people, flags, animals, waves, cars, trucks and many more. Full night textures with light maps are included. The scenery also includes representative, and real interisland traffic schedules, and the HAL ATR is sporting the new OHana livery. All the scenery files have been sub-divided so they can be switched on or off according to user preference. It has been designed for, and tested in DX9 and FSXA only. Version 3 includes all previous patches and updates. This version also restructures the file system to be fully compatible with the ORBX "FTX Global openLC North America" product as well as adding functionality for default FSX users. Additionally, water class scenery is updated to appear more realistic, MHRO is updated to reflect the newly expanded apron, and SRTMGL1 (30m) mesh is included. All landclass polygons and coastlines were meticulously hand-drawn directly from satellite imagery to provide the most detailed and accurate scenery available for this region. MHRO, GJAJ/MHNJ, and MHPL are completely overhauled and positioning is corrected. New and fully functioning AI airports are added for MHUT, MHFC, and MHCP, and MHLC is modified to accommodate more AI traffic.

FSX Caproni CA331-OA bomber in a reccon variant. The first flight of that prototype with gull wings went airborne in 1940. There is a certain similarity to the German Heinkel He-111. The FS2002/2004 model is made by F. Giuli. It provides a functional VC and Giuli's textures shows the reconnaissance airplane in an Italian camouflage paintscheme. The FSX-converted model comes with a new 2D-panel, matching the original VC. Six external and four internal cameras plus weapon effects are included in my upgrade. This is a complete aircraft. FSX-conversion, 2D-panel and reconfiguration by Erwin Welker.

FSX LFQJ Maubeuge Elesmes, France. A very interesting little air complexe with a proper runway in concrete, 2 in grass, and a large landing field for ... parachutists. Located in the very North of France, very close to the border with Belgium, The place host a air club, a para club, a flying models club, a good bar and ... a large farm near by. Thanks to the authors of Gmax, FSX planner and SbuilderX for those superbes development tools. Using almost only existing elements of FSX, this should not hit too much your FPS. Dominique M.L. FS2002 Nakhon Phanom Royal Thai Air Force Base (NKP). Situated in the far northeast corner of Thailand right across the Mekong River from Laos, NKP was the smallest, remotest, and most primitive of the Thai airbases utilized by the US Air Force. Many of the operations that were conducted at NKP were top-secret. NKP was the headquarters of “Task Force Alpha”, the underground command center directing “Arc Light” bombing of the Ho Chi Minh trail. The 56th Air Commando Wing employed a variety of fixed wing aircraft and helicopters for interdiction, close air support, psychological warfare, search and rescue, forward air control, and clandestine insertion and extraction of special operations personnel in Laos and North Vietnam. One of the key covert missions conducted at NKP was “Operation Igloo White”, which involved the planting and monitoring of electronic sensors along the Ho Chi Minh trail. Air America also used NKP as a base to supply the various hill tribes in Laos. This is the fourth in a series of Vietnam War era Thai airbase models. (It was preceded by Ubon, Udorn, and Korat.)
