One blue striped model, as well as the red, yellow, and green ships of the famed "Stardusters" aerobatic trio, who, unfortunately, have not flown together nor spoken to each other since the 'incident' in upstate New York. FS2004 Kontum Airfield in the central highlands of Vietnam. Microsoft neglected to include this important Vietnamese city in Flight Simulator. Kontum is a strategic highway junction about 40 miles north of Pleiku. It was attacked and briefly occupied by NVA troops during the Tet Offensive of 1968. Kontum was attacked again in May 1972, but ARVN forces successfully defended it against overwhelming odds with the aid of intensive bombing by the United States. Unfortunately the city was virtually destroyed during the battle. George Knowles. 1MB

FS2004 Mig 15 USAF Textures only. Requires the Mig 15 by oldliner52, Jean-Pierre, Jean-Pierre Bourgeois and Benoit M. Dubé Langer here. . This is the former North Korean '2057' MiG-15bis. The plane was flown by No Kum-Sok on 21st of September 1953 to Seoul, South Korea. The plane was tested in Okinawa, this is the first scheme with small numbers. The Later variant reproduced here was flown with larger codes at Wright Patterson AFB. Camouflage overall silver, standard USAF markings. The plane was test flown by Chuck Yeager and Tom Collins. Here is an updated file for the Dobbins ARB located in Atlanta, GA. I have added the "assault runway" that runs next to the main runway. Google Earth has the runway shown but FSX does not show it. I have also added the "helo" pads to the northwest side of the base, and added some ramp lanes to the NE side as well. G.E. shows C130's parked there but I did not add the parking lots for them. This is an attempt to to make the base more real. Enjoy and thanks goes to Airport Design Editor.
