FSX St Louis Photoreal Scenery. This is high resolution, 1 meter/pixel, terrain scenery for St Louis, Missouri (MO. Section, I, is one of 30. A map and descriptions show the section locations and some feature details. This photoscenery is for day use only and will work for any season, but shows only the USGS aerial photo data taken in March 2002. The default FSX mesh works well with this photoscenery and no additional mesh for the area needs to be purchased. The 30 sections of scenery, totalling 2 Gb, contains photoreal terrain textures, encompassing an area bounded by 31.7 E-W and 27.4 N-S miles (about 870 square miles). Built in 1968, this aircraft was imported into Canada in 1999. It went to North-Wright Airways as C-FGCV in May 2005 and served on their lighter routes until December 2020. It was then exported to Bolivia travelling from Edmonton to Florida and then on to Bolivia. Painted on to the Guidee Francois-Denis/Massimo Grassi T206H, imported and modified by Dave Athay, this repaint shows the aircraft as it travelled South.

The Spanish Civil War, which began on 19 July, 1936 and ended on 28 March, 1939, was significant in the history of military aviation as the testing-ground for the aircraft and tactics of the early years of World War II. It was also notable for the extensive foreign involvement both from foreign governments and on the individual level as thousands of foreign nationals volunteering to man infantry brigades and to fly the aircraft in combat. You will participate as a foreign pilot from (fill in the blank with your favorite country) who has volunteered to fly for the Spanish Republic beginning in 1936 and ending in August 1937.
