FS2004 Angelo Moneta F-86D Sabre Update: This is an update of the repaint by Marc Czygan of Angelo Moneta's F-86D Sabre (here). This should work with any of the repaints or the original aircraft. FS2004 DH Comet 4 East African Airways Original Textures only. EAA was jointly owned by the governments of Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. Working closely with BOAC and needing an effective aircraft to operate opposite BOAC Comets made the airline an early puchaser of the type. This aircraft VP-KPJ, one of two ordered in 1958, was the first to be delivered in July 1960 and inaugerated the Nairobi-London service. So sucessful was the type that a third was soon ordered and the fleet increased to four when a BOAC example was taken on lease. Super VC 10's were ordered to relace the Comets from autumn 1966 but the type soldiered on right up until February 1971 using a leased Dan Air aircraft. VP-KPJ which had become 5X-AAO in April 1964 was found to be suffering from corrosion and was sold to Dan Air for spares in Nov 1970. CFB North Star (version 5) fictional Canadian Arctic military/commercial base for FSX. Building on version 4, this on-going project now includes four alternate scenery configurations, along with seasonal AI traffic plans, providing a sense of activity. Features LOD scenery models, along with custom ramp markings and numerous unique library objects that may be used with any freeware scenery. This release also includes a small weapon range and AI ship traffic (the icebreaker CCGS Louis St-Laurent). By Brian Sturton.

FSX/P3D Airbus A319-100 Avianca Star Alliance package. Columbian airline Avianca is based at Bogota and currently has 12 Airbus A319-100 in operation. N519AV is painted in the Star Alliance livery. The A319 is a shorter version of the A320 family. Custom Airbus sounds. Also added jetway configs (Ctrl J). McCoy Helicopter Landing Effect v4 for both FSX & P3D v4. This package replaces the default rotor-wash effect for dirt and water, five sets of various sizes are included and can be used in any combination. These effects are individually assigned to a specific helicopter overriding both FSX & P3D's default effects. These effects will not detach and lift off the surface when the aircraft climes above a specific height. Some improvements over v3.4b include the removal of two emitters for better frame rates, adjustments that remove the wind effect appearing in waves, a simplified installation and all emitters have had their scale, velocity, density, offsets and colors adjusted for a more realistic appearance by Vince McCoy, 04/04/2017.
