The runways have been adjusted to their current length. Runway 11/29 is gone and is now taxiway W1. A new taxiway (W) was added for western exits from 12R/30L The VOR has been updated to the current configuration. All the buildings (with the exception of the tower) are custom.

Ireland EICM Galway Airport, Connemara, and the Aran Islands. Galway Airport is a small regional airport on the West coast of Ireland, further west can be found the three Aran Islands of Inisheer, Inshmaan and Inishmore. In the Irish language Inish means Island, 'eer' is a corruption of the Irish word 'oirr' meaning east. Similarly 'more' means big or large and 'maan' means middle. So a direct translation means Big Island, Middle Island and Eastern Island. Directly across from Inishmore and on the mainland is Connemara which boasts the shortest scheduled airline service in the world, where Aer Arann serves the aran islands on a daily basis. They use Britten Norman BN2 Islanders, which are perfect for stol airstrips. From the 1st November 2011 Aer Arann ceased operations at EICM. Connemara made aviation history by being the landing spot for the first successful non stop crossing of the Atlantic, by Alcock and Brown in June of 1919. They crashlanded their converted Vickers Vimy bomber in a bog near Clifden, and were subsequently knighted by King George V. If you follow a south east heading from Inisheer you will see the world famous Cliffs of Moher, rising 700 vertical feet from the Atlantic. At their top I have included a model of O'Briens Castle which serves as a lookout point to 'the next Parish', which is New York. By George Keogh

Here is Mike Stone's Canadair CL-44. The default airline livery of the model here, depicts "Tradewinds". The first modern aircraft designed specifically for the commercial freightmarket, the CL-44 was an adaption of the Bristol Britannia. If you do a search at Simviation, using "CL-44", you will discover two new textures for this aircraft. Mike Stone created a CL-44 model for FS2002 and another for FS2004. This Camsim Boeing 797 Concept, is base on the Boeing Project, NSA ( New Small Airplane ) and MOM ( Middle Of the Market ), a 737/757 replacement by 2025-2030. The version 5, features more improved and detailed aircraft model and textures , including CamSim's own static displays and Animated Ground Servicing (AGS). Delta Air Transport, CV440-0, OO-VGW in 1975 colours.This aircraft was first used by the German Federal Air Force between 1959 and 1974 as CA+034, later 12+05. Sold to Belgium,it joined the fleet of Delta Air Transport, subsidiary of Sabena. In the mid-1970ies, Sabena Caravelle and B 737 were replaced by Delta Air Transport CV-440 on some of the shorter routes. They were the last piston engined props used for passenger transport on European mainlines (West and East). The full Calclassic CV-440 model is required.
