This is an update for FSX of the DC 8-43 by Historic Jetliners Group Designer: Dee Waldron. I have altered the panel background; changed most of the gauges because the ones with it don't work in FSX; added a HUD; I corrected all the contact points and added the rest of the wheels; added a picture so it shows on the choose the aircraft screen; gave it a sound file of its own; and updated the flight dynamics. No VC.

This is an X-Plane 11 scenery package for Norman Manley International Airport (IATA: KIN, ICAO: MKJP), formerly Palisadoes Airport, which is an international airport serving Kingston, Jamaica and is located south of the island 19 km away from the centre of New Kingston. It is the second busiest airport in the country after Sangster International Airport, recording 1,502,973 arriving passengers in 2015. There are over 130 international flights a week that depart from Norman Manley International Airport. Named in honour of Jamaican statesman Norman Manley, it is a hub for Caribbean Airlines and Fly Jamaica Airways. It is located on the Palisadoes tombolo in outer Kingston Harbour; it fronts the city on one side and the Caribbean Sea. Among the main airlines operating from here, we have: Aerogaviota, Air Canada Rouge, American Airlines, British Airways, Caribbean Airlines, Cayman Airways, Copa Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Fly Jamaica Airways, InterCaribbean Airways, JetBlue Airways, Spirit Airlines, and WestJet. The airstrip is located between Bergerac and Sarlat in department Dordogne, South West France. Every 15th of August there is a meeting with the French Air Force and lots of other aeroplanes.

This campaign is a mostly historical commentary of the World War 2 exploits of the USS Essex. The US and Japanese task force compositions, ship names, dates, and most locations are as accurate as possible. In this campaign, the USN is on the offensive. Out of all the actions in which she participated, I chose a good, representative sampling of the major engagements of this great ship from her first action until near the end of the war in the Pacific. Random choice will have you flying either a fighter, dive bomber or a torpedo bomber or maybe as a wingman.

There are Nineteen (19) parts to download for GDEMv2 of Australia. ASTER GDEM Version 2 is a 30 metre definition DEM, its better than the version 1 data that ERSDAC, of Japan and NASA originally released, but it does have its limitations. GDEM has been obtained from a satellite that uses stereoscopic infrared scanning cameras, this brings with it problems in the resultant data.....where it sees the tops of trees, buildings etc, as the ground terrain. If you look at the jpg image with the terrain type errors shown as a graph, you will see that the only 'safe' terrain to use this data with - in FSX - is scrubland, or desert terrain. Its hopeless in defining the terrain in places like Europe - with all the artificial structures, (buildings) and different types of woodland, so any mesh I create from this data won't include areas like that....it will be more desert type terrain, and scrubland. I won't be doing Greenland because something about the ice around Greenland, (or any other land mass with ice) it creates false data. It does give enough fine data to reveal railway lines, and some roads though. This mesh has been made for FSX only.
