Polish PWS.26 WWII trainer for CFS by Eric of AOL The PWS.26 was an armed trainer that could be equiped with a machine gun that fired through the nose, and two 12.5kg bombs. It was also one of the only unarmed planes to down an enemy aircraft. While flying ober Poland, a 109 pilot saw the unarmed PWS.26 and thought it to be an easy kill. The PWS.26 made the 109 follow it into a series of tight low-level maneuvers, the 109 tried but couldn't follow and crashed into the trees.. 594K
