FS2002/FS2004 Lockheed YF-12 Black Bird. This was an experimental fighter-interceptor version of the Lockheed A-12 reconnaissance aircraft. In Air Force flight tests on May 1, 1965, the YF-12 set a speed record of 2,070.101 mph and an altitude record of 80,257.65 feet. First publicly displayed at Edwards Air Force Base in 1964, the YF-12 was never adopted by the military as an operational aircraft. FSX 1915 Caudron G4 Twin Rotary engine Package (fixed). Just probrably the most beautiful vintage plane for fsx! A must have for vintage aviation fans The Caudron G.3 first flew in 1914 serving as an observation aircraft. It had above average climbing ability and was considered suitable for use in mountainous terrain. As the progressed the type was retired from front line service and used extensively as a training aircraft. The USAS procured 192 of them for use as trainers. The first 126 were purchased with Le Rhone 9C engines in November of 1917. The Remaining 66 were delivered with Anzani 10 engines beginning in April 1918.
