FSX Viking DHC6-400 Twin Otter. The worldwide demand for refurbished Twin Otters is such that Viking Air have commenced manufacture of new aircraft in their plant in Calgary, Canada, using original de Havilland jigs and tools. The new manufacture -400 model is externally identical to the -300 but has a Honeywell "glass cockpit" avionics suite. We could not source freeware Honeywell gauges so we have used Garmin avionics in this model. The launch customer is Zimex Aviation of Switzerland and first delivery is expected in September 2009. FSX Boeing CH-47D Chinook U.S. Armed Forces V2. . This file has new replacement repaint textures and also incudes the original CH-47D Chinook model by Mark Adams & Tom Woods. No other files are necessary. This upgrade contains vast improvements including newly compressed texture files for significantly improved performance and space savings with minimal impact to image quality. All repaints now include actual unit markings and improved olive drab color. Pilots also now have appropriate unit markings. The two Army Chinooks carry unit markings for the 1st Cavalry, 2nd Battalion, 227th Air Regiment - this unit is currently active and provides troop and equipment transport and medivac for the 1st Cavalry - Air Mobile. Modified .cfg file for the EH-101 helicopter of the FSX Acceleration pack. The original helicopter was to agile and I couldn't hover easily so I modified it a bit and now it hovers quite nice. A nice sidefect is that the top speed increased from 160 Knots to 220 Knots. You'll need to have the EH-101 from the FSX Acceleration pack.

This sound is intended for use on the magnificent new Project Airbus A318, A319, and A320 powered by CFM56s. This is the only model I have tested these sounds on so I am not sure how they will work on other models. But you can try. After month's of hard precision work, I present to you my new realistic and accurate Airbus A320 CFM56 soundpack for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004. Once you load your aircraft with these sounds, you'll hear the APU System and Fans in the cockpit. You start the engines and hear the PTU system transferring the hydraulics from the Nr. 1 Engine to the Nr. 2 Engine for start-up. You hear the humming sound of the CFM56 at idle. You spool up the engines at takeoff then hear the famous CFM56 buzzsaw-like sound of the engine's fans. Once you lift off and put up the landing gear you will hear a chime from the cabin. It features realistic cockpit sounds like the autopilot deactivation sound, stall buzzer, overspeed beeper, gear up warning sound buzzer, flaps, rolling, and touch-down.
