FS2004 Carrier Operation Package v2.0. This archive contains a set of gauges, effects and sounds which you can add to existing military aircraft in FS2004, and enables you to perform takeoff and approach/landing on aircraft carriers. It features (1) A catapult gauge, enabling a catapult-launch takeoff; (2) An arrester gauge, enabling a cable trap landing; (3) A "meatball" HUD gauge, enabling accurate approaches and landings; (4) A SonicBoom effect (visual and audible) plus controller gauge. This is an updated version of J R Lucariny's FS2004 A6M for FSX. The Japanese Mitsubishi A6M Zero fighter, which began production in 1940. It's excellent maneuverability and exceptional range allowed it to outperform all other fighters that it encountered in the first years of World War II But as the war drew longer the Zero lost it's advantage. At 8,125m, it is the ninth tallest mountain in the world. Nanga Parbat is geographically a part of the Himalayas, located in relative isolation at the westernmost end of the range in Pakistan. Of the world's fourteen highest mountains, ten are Himalayan peaks: Mount Everest, Kangchenjunga, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Nanga Parbat, Annapurna and Shisha Pangma. Only four are located in within the Karakoram Range: K2, Gasherbrum I and II, and Broad Peak. K2 is the tallest mountain in the Karakoram Range and her three 8000m neighbors lie within 20 km. Nanga Parbat is 200 km away. Karakoram is a large mountain range spanning the borders between Pakistan, China, and India, located in the regions of Gilgit, Ladakh, and Baltistan. It is one of the Greater Ranges of Asia, often considered together with the Himalaya, but not technically part of that range. By Frank Dainese
