The Mk 22 and 24 models were the last is a long proud series of Submarine Spitfires. The MK 22 and 24 were developed with a teardrop canopy much like the Mustang D models. Persian Furies had Pratt & Whitney Hornet radials, but these were later replaced by Bristol Mercury engines for added performance. So favored were the Persian Mercuries by their pilots,that they were flown as late as 1943. However the engine installation moved the c.g. forward resulting in a tendency of the airplane to nose over during taxiing. GMAX by A.F.Scrub

737 engines in real life either, but this effect does add
some extra entertainment to your exterior flying
