Hi-def scans of real VFR aeronautical United States charts, as available for download from the FAA, reduced and formatted in pdf form by me for use with flight sims. Display them in a kneeboard utility,print them, whatever...I like to use fragments of them to make pdfs for different flights, but that is only one way. If you want to "get real" about navigating in the sim the way it's done in real life, these charts are for you. But you might also just enjoy wandering around, comparing the chart to the world depicted in the sim. These charts will most likely be outdated by the time you use them, or your sim may even pre-date the charts, but they should work well enough. A basic guide for interpreting them is included, as well as tips on how to measure and mark them. Each chart also includes a handy chart legend, a map showing what region it covers, and airspace and frequency information. For the first time in the history of Microsoft Flight Simulator, a developer has created and released an Enstrom helicopter add-on. Eagle Rotorcraft Simulations is proud to be the first developer to give the flight simulation community a high quality Enstrom 280FX for FSX Acceleration. Features include FSX native models with animations, specular and normal mapping, custom avionics and much more. Tested in Windows Vista and Windows 7 under DX9/DX10 with no issues. This sound is intended for use on Eric Cantu's models only! They will not work properly on any other model (I will be making updates to make the sounds work on other models eventually). I am proud to present to you the most realistic and detailed MD-8X Pratt & Whitney JT8D-217 turbofan soundpack for FS2004, that was ever made! I have put ALOT of time and effort into this work, and it is perhaps my most detailed and realistic sounding soundset to date! It features all the usual features that come with my sounds, such as the realistic engine spool up, and other stuff... There are 3 versions included in this package: - (Default) Rear Passenger Cabin Perspective - Cockpit Perspective - Cockpit Perspective (for Lonny Payne's Flightdeck: MD-80 Panel only) There are instructions provided in the sound folder on how to switch the sound.cfgs to the version you want. I am sure that if you are a frequent MD-80 Flyer, or if you're a pilot or flight crew onboard an MD-80 aircraft that you'll pretty impressed by these sounds. But if you don't like these sounds, just simply delete the file and try another soundpack. But you should try this one first, it's absolutely worth it! I doubt anyone will be deleting these sounds after hearing them... ;)
