FSX Beechcraft Bonanza 35 V Tail. This is a modified version of Chuck Dome's Beechcraft Bonanza 35 For Flight Simulator X . The V-Tail Bonanza with it's unmistakable profile would become one of the most highly recognizable personal aircraft ever built, making it one of general aviation's classic aircraft. The V-tail concept (set at a 33-degree angle) combined rudder and elevators, and when mated to the 185 HP Continental engine, would propel this sleek aircraft to 175 MPH. Later models would utilize a 260 HP engine. The basic design came about as part of Walter Beech's vision for an aircraft that could carry four people in car-like comfort at 180 MPH. The first set of new repaints for the FSX default airlines. (Microsoft's default paint schemes are dull, to say the least). This set is an Orbit Airlines "Shooting Star" livery, and a Pacifica Airlines "Sand and Surf" livery. Both feature new scratch-built airline logos as well. Repainted by Adrian Monk.

Conversion facilitated by a terrific set of freeware tools; Arno's MDLX with a breakthrough set of new XML definitions by Henk-BRAVO ZULU! Textures in DDS DXT3 format with Martin Wright's DXTBMP, file structure in FSX format. Skullsweat and conversion by LLS. While the model comes in a bit heavier, the frames are buttery, the glass is c'est bon. Note: The VC was modeled without interior glass at the factory, no cure for that. While bump and spec textures cam be assigned to the model now via MDLX to take advantage of all those FSX goodies.
