This is an FSX panel update of Rey Lopez's 2002 version of the B-47 Stratojet. The package features the re-modelled and enhanced vc and 2D panel by Erwin Welker which have both been installed in the recent upload of the B-47 Stratojet by Michael Pook. It features two paints, of which one is a U.S. Weather Service model. This is a different model than the one recently posted! Original model by Rey Lopez, VC and 2D panel configuration by Michael Pook and Erwin Welker as well as new smoke effect by Michael Pook.

Hammond for Bureau of Air Commerce safe airplane competition in 1934. Declared winner of contest in Nov, and Bureau contracted to purchase 25 aircraft at $3,190 each. Original design goal was for an airplane cost of $700--they cost $7150 later! First airplane not acceptable to the Bureau, and Lloyd Stearman was asked to re- engineer plane to improve performance and general workmanship. Resulting aircraft, Model Y, delivered Apr 1936. Corben Baby Ace No Spats for FSX. The Ace Baby Ace was the world's first aircraft to be marketed as a homebuilt aircraft when its plans were offered for sale in 1929. Plans are still available and Baby Aces are still being built today. Orland Corben designed a series of aircraft for the Ace Aircraft Manufacturing Company, the Baby Ace, Junior Ace, and Super Ace. The "Buick start cart engines spool the J-58,s up to 10,000 rpm to start them.A situation file is included,starting at Edwards AFB.
