The plane has reflective glass and metal textures. This install package comes with three Paint textures.Model Y designed by Dean B. Hammond for Bureau of Air Commerce safe airplane competition in 1934. Declared winner of contest in Nov, and Bureau contracted to purchase 25 aircraft at $3,190 each. Original design goal was for an airplane cost of $700--they cost $7150 later! First airplane not acceptable to the Bureau, and Lloyd Stearman was asked to re- engineer plane to improve performance and general workmanship. Resulting aircraft, Model Y, delivered Apr 1936. So now with "ENG_Aircraft.cfg" all text will be restored in english. No more italian writings all round. Just select hat version use and rename "ITA_aicraft.cfg" or "ENG_aircraft.cfg" into AIRCRAFT.CFG - Added some missing credits and fixed minor mistakes in some plane descriptions like double by (by by) on credits with new aircraft files. THX to SASq for finding missing cargo textures and helping me testing the New English Aircraft.cfg version.

FS2002/FS2004 Grumman G-22 Gulfhawk II. One of the most exciting aerobatic aircraft of the 1930s and 1940s was the Grumman Gulfhawk II, built by Grumman Aircraft Engineering Corporation in Bethpage, Long Island, for the Gulf Oil Companies. This sturdy civilian biplane, powered by a Wright Cyclone R-1820-GI 1,000 hp engine and a three-blade Hamilton Standard propeller, nearly matched the F3F standard Navy fighter that was operational at that time. Modifications were made in the construction to withstand the high-load factors encountered during aerobatics and the aircraft was equipped for inverted flying for periods of up to half an hour. by Kazunori Ito. 2.4MB
