FS2002/FS2 French Corsair F4U-7. The model depicts a French F4U-7 from Flotille 15.F, as flown in Egypt from the "Arromanches" and "Lafayette" with the typical yellow stripes used during the Suez crisis in 1956. The F4U-7 was exclusively made for the French Marine. A total of 94 planes was produced between 1952 and 1953. France used F4U-7 in Indochina, Suez and Algeria. Original mdl by Guy HULIN. This is an update for FSX of the F-16 ViperDen by Kirk Olsson that was updated by Michael Pook. Over 28,000 downloads of Mr. Pook's update over the last 7 years; so I thought that you might like it if the aircraft flew a bit better. I changed the 2D panel and some of the gauges on the VC; I removed the too fast strobe lights and changed the sound to the sound that came with the Viper. I changed the burner and flame effects; and updated the flight dynamics; one part of which was to fix the cause of a built in turn. I removed the red bull paint to make the file smaller. As far as I know Mr. Pook does not claim to know about flight dynamics, so this is not intended as a put down.

This is an update of my earliar FSX update of the Mig-17F by Kazunori Ito. The package features the original paint plus four beautiful repaints by Mike Pearson, each of them assigned to three different models (clean, tanks and tanks + weapons). I've changed several things for improvement incuding flight dynamics, VC wiew, popup windows with radio and GPS as well as VC light plus I added afterburner effect as the Mig 17, unlike her predessessors, was equipped with it. The VC is static with non-functional gauges. Thanks to Kazunori Ito for the original model, to Mike Pearson for the repaints and to Erwin Welker for the new camera views. All new updates and new FSX gauge configuration for the 2D panel by Michael Pook.

Created as a means to display the potential of a ducted fan rotorcraft powered by multiple electric motors. The system made its launch in 2015, since then advances and improvements have been completed to the airframe and power plant configurations. Delivering an efficient means of lift using smaller and therefore quieter propeller then traditional helicopters. The function of the ducted system serves as a mean of channeling pressure and vectoring thrust. Giving the UV-4 a unique control system and improved maneuverability. The design of a low speed "T-Tail" houses the function of yaw control with multiple rudders located on its vertical stabilizer, and elevators on its horizontal stabilizer. In addition the rear ducted systems may pivot up to less then sixty degrees forward and backwards to deliver the vector thrust where the aircraft needs it to be. The cargo bay may house up to four thousand pounds of deliverable payload. As its max gross take-off weight is designed to reach twelve thousand five hundred pounds. The electrical systems on the aircraft use a network of batteries, generators, and its two electrical motors. Proving five hundred horse power each, totaling an amount of one thousand horse power. An electrical charge then powers the mechanization used to spin the propeller to its desired rate per minute. Perhaps in the near future an additional system can be created to then generate electrical charges created by the spinning propeller of inside the duct back into the aircraft to then power systems or recharge the battery. FS2004 Dornier DO-18 Zyklon The DO-18 was distinguised by the placement of push - pull engines over the wing out of the spray. This is a model of the Zyklon which was used by Lufthansa for the South American mail run in 1938. It features the usual animations, a specular color shine, transparent windows, navigation and landing lights. It has both a 2D panel and a VC with moving controls. By Paul Clawson. 309K
