This package includes 4 base camps near K2 (K2B1, K2B2, K2B3 and K2B4). K2B1 (Pajyu Peak Base Camp) is the lowest camp (~3400m) on the end of the Baltoro Glacier in a wooden area with trees. It consists of one temporary small gravel runway with stone marks. K2B2 is the base camp on the Concordia Place (~4600m). Maybe you can approach with ski-airplanes on the snow field. K2B2 consists also of one temporary helipad. K2B2 is the biggest camp on the glacier. K2B3 is the base camp (~4960m) nearest the K2. It is build on an ice/gravel field and has one temporary gravel/ice runway with stone marks. It's too high for normal helicopters or ski-planes, but maybe possible. K2B4 is the Moonhill Camp (~5070m) on the way to the Gondogoro. It is not real possible to approach on the snow field. In the internet you will find photo realistic scenery for the K2, Broad Peak and other mountains near the K2. Also use the additional airports "OPSD_Pakistan_K2.zip" and "VI57_Kashmir_K2.zip" to do a realistic flight to the K2. Design by Bernhard W.

This is an update for FS9 of the Alphasim F-8 Crusader. I have changed the panel view angle so it is easier to see out to fly and land. I changed the GPS, the clock, one angle of attack meter, the airspeed gauge, changed the size of the autopilot, and added a hud. I have also done the usual update of the flight dynamics so the aircraft is easier to fly and, I hope, closer to the real aircraft speed envelope. This is only for FS9 as a few things, such as the position of the smoke, make it less functional in FSX. For FSX, see the other update of this aircraft.

The Royal Aircraft Factory's S.E.5.a went tooth and nail with the Sopwith Camel for the accolade of being the finest British fighting aeroplane of World War I. Designed by a team which included the legendary H. P. Folland, the first prototype was unveiled in December, 1916. The craft utilised a 150-HP Hispano-Suiza engine with a large, automotive-style radiator and truncated exhaust manifolds. The S.E.5.a was widely regarded as a tough opponent by the enemy and as a good friend in the air by its pilots. It was robust, fast, and very easy to fly. The aircraft remains extremely popular among early aviation history buffs and WWI aficionados, and replicas abound, in both full- and smaller-scale versions. Excellent reproductions of the plane can be seen in the films "The Aviator" and "Flyboys", but the best place to see the S.E.5.a in action is in the restored version of Howard Hughes' "Hell's Angels". FS2004 P-51B Mustang "Miss Dallas". This package is the stand-alone WWII mustang repaint of JR Lucariny's excellent P-51B with his permission. It's the plane of Ace Victor J France of the 4 FG who had 8.66 kills. While chasing and downing a Me-109 at low altitude, his plane was lost.
