This is an update for FS9 of the Alphasim F-8 Crusader. I have changed the panel view angle so it is easier to see out to fly and land. I changed the GPS, the clock, one angle of attack meter, the airspeed gauge, changed the size of the autopilot, and added a hud. I have also done the usual update of the flight dynamics so the aircraft is easier to fly and, I hope, closer to the real aircraft speed envelope. This is only for FS9 as a few things, such as the position of the smoke, make it less functional in FSX. For FSX, see the other update of this aircraft.

FS2004 ATL-98 Carvair Aircraft.cfg Update. This is a direct replacement of the original aircraft.cfg file included in ATL-98 Carvair V1.0 FS9 Version (jwat98.zip). Addresses reported issues with the autopilot, radios and hydraulics when using the aircraft with certain add-on panels, now references the correct knee-board ref. file and corrects some errors in the aircraft descriptions which crept into the initial release version. 6K

This package includes 4 base camps near K2 (K2B1, K2B2, K2B3 and K2B4). K2B1 (Pajyu Peak Base Camp) is the lowest camp (~3400m) on the end of the Baltoro Glacier in a wooden area with trees. It consists of one temporary small gravel runway with stone marks. K2B2 is the base camp on the Concordia Place (~4600m). Maybe you can approach with ski-airplanes on the snow field. K2B2 consists also of one temporary helipad. K2B2 is the biggest camp on the glacier. K2B3 is the base camp (~4960m) nearest the K2. It is build on an ice/gravel field and has one temporary gravel/ice runway with stone marks. It's too high for normal helicopters or ski-planes, but maybe possible. K2B4 is the Moonhill Camp (~5070m) on the way to the Gondogoro. It is not real possible to approach on the snow field. In the internet you will find photo realistic scenery for the K2, Broad Peak and other mountains near the K2. Also use the additional airports "OPSD_Pakistan_K2.zip" and "VI57_Kashmir_K2.zip" to do a realistic flight to the K2. Design by Bernhard W.

After securing permission from Tibor Kokai to convert their work to native FSX, Sim-outhouse members Ulrich Esser (Bluebear) and Ed Wells (Falcon409) began the process of updating the models to native FSX V1. This conversion process itself was done by Bluebear. The black panel was completely rebuilt by Falcon409, creating/changing new texture sets and gauges/sounds working and many other things for native FSX. Now LET-410 V2 is the current development. It features - New specular and bump 2048 HD textures. Enhanced shine effects with GlobalEnv_AC_Chrome. - 3 more models based of the original now available. (NG, Interflug UVP-T and Skydiving). - New grey cockpit style with new western world gauges, systems similar to the older black one. - New exterior and interior sound system. - In respect to the original authors the team modified nearly all original models and paintings. 23 fully new liveries are included.

This is an update for FSX of the F-16 ViperDen by Kirk Olsson that was updated by Michael Pook. Over 28,000 downloads of Mr. Pook's update over the last 7 years; so I thought that you might like it if the aircraft flew a bit better. I changed the 2D panel and some of the gauges on the VC; I removed the too fast strobe lights and changed the sound to the sound that came with the Viper. I changed the burner and flame effects; and updated the flight dynamics; one part of which was to fix the cause of a built in turn. I removed the red bull paint to make the file smaller. As far as I know Mr. Pook does not claim to know about flight dynamics, so this is not intended as a put down.
