FSX Alf's UK Airfields - Volume 2 - This Volume consists of: EGTD Dunsfold, EGET Lerwick/Tingwall, EGNF Netherthorpe. Although FSX scenery is a great improvement on FS2004, there are still many small airfields in the UK with little or no details. I have tried to improve this in a small way. I do not have any direct knowledge, or indeed any useful photos of these airfields so do not aim to make them accurate, only better. They were compiled using aerial views from Google Earth, Pooleys UK Flight Guide, FSX SDK Object Placement Tool and AFX v1.04 running under Vista (not recommended by Flight1). The main problem seemed to be in compiling 'excludes'. In some cases I made seperate exclude files and with perseverence it worked with me. I hope it works in your set-up. Alf Denham. 783K

This is the ALPHASIM F-8 Crusader modified to approximate the RF-8G recon' version of the last gunfighter. Modifications include full bump maps, enhanced VC night textures, camera bays, modified fuselage and re-fueling probe, and three new paint schemes. All modifications by DC Designs, and performed with permission of the original owners.

Project Opensky Boeing 737-800 Winglets Version for FSX. ASKY Airlines is a passenger airline founded on the initiative of West African governments, and has its head office in Lome, Togo. It operates across several West and Central African countries, operating out of its hub at Lome-Tokoin Airport. Repaint by Jacques Louw from South Africa. Uses the panel & virtual cockpit of the enhanced B737-800 by Alejandro Rojas Lucena.

FSX/FS2004 F-15E Strike Eagle445th FLTS, 412 Test Wing (TW) Textures only. 86-0184 was the second Strike Eagle jet out of production sent to Edwards AFB, CA for testing of the engines, various weapons systems, and radar during the 1990s. It was featured at various open houses during the same period. This package contains the repainted textures only for Kazunori Ito's jet, which has a VC but no gauges, and can be obtained at http://www.simviation.com/fs2004military169.htm; the repainted textures only for Kimitaka Nishida's Coral-FLT F-15 Eagle VC Model Version 2.00, which is the "C" model (but, highly recommend the donationware version 2.3 for 2-seater model with VC & working gauges. Donationware jet from the Coral-FLT site only), and freeware version obtained here ; and the repainted textures only (with his permission) for David Bushell's jet, which has no VC, and can be obtained here . FS2004 Cessna 404 Titan v2: In July 1975 Cessna announced it was developing a new piston twin suitable for airline, freight and corporate work, capable of taking off with a 1560kg (3500lb) payload from a 770m (2530ft) strip, similar in concept to the successful 402, but larger overall. The resulting aircraft was the Model 404 Titan, Cessna's largest piston engined twin developed thus far. It shares the same basic fuselage as the turbine powered 441 Conquest which was developed concurrently, but differs in having geared 280kW (375hp) piston engines and it is unpressurised by John B.
