FS2004/FS2002 Britten Norman BN-2 Islander Fix. New as I am to painting Marcel Kuhnt's Britten Norman Islanders, I confess to having switched VC bitmaps accidentally between model sets with the result that the VC in my repaints of BN-2B models uploaded recently (the St. Barth Commuter PJ-BIW in caribbn.zip, and Loganair G-BLDV in loganbn.zip) does not display correctly. With apologies to all and to Marcel, I submit these corrections which you should install if you have downloaded either of these aircraft. I have also made a small correction to the anti-icing boots on G-BLDV and put my email address in the README for caribbn.zip. By Mark Beaumont. 889K

FS2004 SAAB J-29F "Tunnan" The Saab J-29 was the first swept wing jet built by Sweden, first flying in 1948. Designed around the Ghost engine and central air intake, the resulting rotound fuselage instantly resulted in the name "Tunnan", Swedish for "barrel". Models A and B were fighters, the model C was a photo recon plane, and the final F introduced an afterburner, and new dogtooth wing leading edges. J-29's served with the Swedish and Austrian air forces, and also served with the UN during the Congo Conflict. Swedish J-29's ended their days as target towing planes, and as"enemy forces" trainers. This pack includes the J-29F model in Austrian scheme, Virtual Cockpit (VC), afterburner effects and function and smooth-function XML gauges. This FSX/TileProxy addon package contains an update to TileProxy (TP) which is a free FSX addon program that is a real-time interface between FSX and internet mapping services. TP provides satellite photo-realistic scenery for FSX. This update, TileProxy_R086, adds a multi-threading capability to TileProxy and supports 2,4,6 or 8 core processors. Because Tileproxy_R086 is multi-threaded, it can process multiple tiles at the same time. Therefore, speeding up the number of photo-realistic tiles to be processed per second.
