Engine capacity doubled. So... enjoy...... but be careful how you handle it ! Beautiful aircraft by Daisuke Yamamoto of Tokyo Japan I hope my repaint and engine improvements add to your enjoyment of FS2004 Thank you Daisuke... St. Helena, Ascension, and Tristan da Cunha Islands
St. Helena, Ascension, and Tristan da Cunha Islands
10.43Mb (2474 downloads)
This project was begun to add the new airport (FHSH) to St. Helena Island and eventually was expanded to include a complete remake of Ascension Island (FHAW) and Tristan da Cunha (with an optional airport FHTC) and Gough Island with the actual weather station heliport (FHGH). Tested in both the default FSX/Acceleration and with FTX Global/Vector, accurate coastlines, lakes, road data, and SRTMGL1 (30m) mesh, as well as corrected landclass are provided based on the latest available satellite imagery. Flight plans are provided for the proposed commercial service to St. Helena, and some additional GA and military flights to the island are added as well. The FSX St. Helena (FHSH) airport was created by aligning master plans for the airport with current satellite data and by studying many of the pictures that have been posted as the airport has taken shape. The official opening of the real airport on May 21, 2016, has been pushed back for more field tests due to challenging crosswinds. The Ascension Island (FHAW) airport was updated after I realized that Ascension could receive commercial service as a result of the new St. Helena airport. The entire airfield is redesigned to allow the volcanic terrain to display properly. The airbase, towns, BBC Atlantic relay station, and numerous satellite dishes, radomes, and wind turbines now appear in their real-world locations. Since I was already in the region, I added the Tristan da Cunha Islands (including Inaccessible, Nightingale and Gough Islands) and the Gough Island weather station maintained by the South African National Antarctic Programme. I also added an optional airport (and flight plans) to Tristan da Cunha (FHTC), which can be easily enabled/disabled. The FHTC airport is placed on the only part of the island that appears to be free of people or farmland, and the area is just long enough to accommodate a pared-down version of the St. Helena airport. Updates were created or rebuilt in a manner which carefully aligns airport data with current satellite imagery. Scenery was created using Airport Design Editor X v1.67.5684, SBuilderX 3.13, and the FSX Object Placement Tool. Scenery objects were added and modified from stock FSX scenery to resemble as closely as possible the actual airports. The animated flag model is by Dietmar Loleit, the FSX apron lights included are from the set created by Jim Dhaenens, and the animated wind turbines and radomes are from the freeware package by Ray Porter.

FS2004 Jet version of the Disco Vollante', (Category: FS Concept Aircraft > FS Concept Aircraft)
2.48Mb (2474 downloads)
FS2004 Jet version of the Disco Vollante', (Italian for flying saucer). This vehicle is designed to take-off as well as land in sectored highways that allow flying vehicle access interfacing. It is still yet another concept for the future of personal air transportation that would revolutionize flying making it much like driving a car. A high rpm gyroscope mounted between driver and jet engine enduces yaw and roll control which enables flying sideways like a helicopter without flight control surfaces. This model features opening perspex/canopy, retracting landing gear, working suspension, working and retracting and turning Cam Pod, retracting STOL wing foils for low speed landings, custom panel, opening belly scoop, 6 diffrent colors with dynamic shine and reflection, and instructions on how to drive your new 'vehicle' in the world of tomorrow. Cruise alt. for work this morning is FL 18,000 at Mach .56. You'll find your brief case and duffle bag stowed in the nose boot. By William Ortis, Lionheart Creations Ltd. 2.5MB

FS2004 Bristol 170 Freighter Sabena Aircraft used by the Belgian Airline in the sixties, real livery. Ugly, but funtional, the 170 was designed to be simple, rugged and reliable. It wasn't a speed demon, but it could lift heavy loads from short, unprepared strips. Original aircraft by Mike Stone. Repainted by Jean-Jacques Parel. 698K

CFS Aircraft Kyushu J7W1 Shinden for Combat Flight Simulator 1. © Edmundo Abad, Feb 2010 The Kyushu J7W1 Shinden fighter was a World War II Japanese propeller-driven aircraft prototype that was built in a canard design. The wings were attached to the tail section and stabilizers were on the front. The propeller was also in the rear, in a pusher configuration. It was expected to be a highly maneuverable interceptor, but only two were finished before the end of war. Original design for FS5/FSFS: 'flyman' Yusaku Honma. Reworked to CFS with new textures, moving parts, BMP textures, damage profile, and air file: Edmundo Abad.

Here is the C-17 Globemaster with the working cockpit of the 747, this addon was made by UKMILL for FSX and converted to MSFS2020. Permission to upload this file was obtained by UKMILL and was granted to us. This Item will be updated and improved once in a while but will have less updates than the ATR. To install this addon you will need to drag and drop it into your MSFS community folder. Anyone who wants to make liveries is more than welcome to. This Addon is a Work in progress and still needs a lot of work on it. Some of the issues on this aircraft are that the gear is half sunken into the ground, some of the lights do not work, the physics, aerodynamics and Weight and Balance are all based off the 747.
