FS2004/FSX F-4B Phantom upgrade with photorealistic 2D panel for pilot and rear seat officer plus static VC. The original aircraft model is from Kazunori Ito. My addon provides a static VC which is matching the 2D-panel. The texture with the instrument panel is in its size 16 times enlarged and can be used for all of Kazunori's F-4 Phantoms repaints.
