FS2002 Merlin Powered Dambuster Lancaster AJN: This aircraft is not compatible with FS2004 and is specific to FS2002 unless an update package is provided for FS2004. A specific aircraft.cfg file written specifically to reflect Rolls Royce Merlin Series XX engine sizes (+16 max boost) and then hand tuned to meet the Lancaster spec. Available boost reduces with altitude. The aircraft again uses the original Keith Clifford Lanc151 airfile unmodified, together with an updated panel layout the widescreen version of Roger Lowery's RAF662 Lancaster cockpit art. The resulting sim aircraft can be flown realistically in FS2002 flight plans fully achieving flight times and fuel consumption. FS2004 Lockheed L-1649A Starliner, Version 1.0 (W.I.P.) The Starliner marked the end of the line of Constellation designs. It had an entirely new wing of greatly increased span (150 feet as opposed to 123 feet on the "Super G" Constellation), more powerful Wright R-3350 engines spaced further outboard for reduced cabin noise levels, and a strengthened undercarriage to support a gross weight of 160,000 lbs (138,000 lbs on the Super G). It was designed to fly the polar routes Los Angeles-London or Paris-Tokyo in just over 21 hours non-stop, and it established numerous long-distance records, many of them still current today. Providing accommodation for ninety-two tourist-class or twenty-six first-class and forty-five tourist-class passengers, the Starliner entered service with TWA in May 1957. Other operators included Air France and Lufthansa. It was arguably the largest, widest-range, and most expensive piston-engine airliner of its day (reportedly $3,219,550.00). While, in the real world, work has begun on bringing one of surviving Starliners back to flying status, you can get the factory-fresh prototype, fittingly registered N1649, for nothing here. The Bombardier Global 6000 is a third-generation Bombardier Global Express business jet, designed and manufactured by Bombardier Aviation. The E-11A, a heavily modified Bombardier Global 6000 business jet, acts as “Wi-Fi in the sky.” It is used heavily in Afghanistan, connecting troops on the ground, communications systems, and radios. This is a freeware FSX model converted to native MSFS. I did not model this, only converted, made the animations and coded. The cockpit is not an actual Global 6000, but it's what was shipped with the FSX model. I added G3000 screens, animated, coded and made some textures. It's not accurate but functional and unique. FSX Dambuster 70th Anniversary Celebration PART 2 Op CHASTISE With the permission of the Chief Designer at Plane-Design (Ed Walters) allowing the use of his FS9 payware DB Lancasters updated for FSX, we present the second and final upload of our 70th Anniversary Celebration. All Lancaster paints except for AJG are by Koos van Menen of The Netherlands. The Google Sketchup Moehne & Eder Dam towers added in this part are by Theo Leijdekkers of The Netherlands. Specific RAF Scampton and RAF Spilsby airfield overlays specific to the Raid are provided. For this project, nine Plane-Design flyable payware Dambuster Lancasters (another 5 in this upload) have been tuned to perform as Ai's. Segmented saved flights cover the raid on the Moehne and Eder Dams and are also used to relate the history of the raid. Provision is made for the use of Jerry Beckwith's Formation Setup and Matthias Neusinger's FS Recorder program so the simmer can fly in formation with the Ai's. Only 5 of the 9 DB Lancasters that set out on the raid will return, land and taxi to active H parking. Recordings from the FS Recorder program are included so the simmer can fly with or be flown by Ross as pilot and the simmer as the Flight Engineer in the attacks on the M & E walls. The update files for WVA are included. The flyable aircraft are full FSX versions packaged by Ross McLennan and Koos van Menen.

FS2004 Avro ARJ Panel v4.1 This is an update for the Avro ARJ panel v4.0 to v4.1. It contents Doug Dawson's config gauge, which offers now the possibility to save the switch positions and necessary values of the panel to an ini file which will be loaded in another flightsim session or when reloading the panel. The update corrects also two still existing minor bugs and contents a rework of the VS hold and LVLCHG mode when descending. Version 4.0 is necessary for this update.
