FS2004 Lechfeld AB, ETSL (former EDSL), Germany. This airfield located about 60 NM in the west of Munich (Bavaria,South Germany) has been extensively reworked with Lee Swordy's AFCAD 2.21 and Lago's FSE 110 to implement a commercial section to the airbase which is still in a ongoing discussion. Generaly this airfield is used by the German Air Force flying Tornado as Combat A/C and Hawker-Siddely 745 for Flight Check purpose. During the early seventeeth I was involved in the Flight Check business and this was the basic reason for reworking tis airfield. Created by Klaus Jone. 1.1MB

FS2004/FS9 Aero Commander 500 Cargo (NO VC). by Milton Shupe, Scott Thomas and André Folkers. Pkg incl Gmax A/C with "hand-flyer" flight dynamics (seat-of-the-pants navigation) and features a custom era correct well-used panel (with a few broken gauges) and two dirty and aged paint schemes (indicative of bad weather, unimproved landing strips, pot holes, and no time to wash it) and matching interior (treated for infestations), and Html checklists (but who needs them). This cargo model is intended for the hardcore, backwoods, bush-hauling work-a-holics trying to scrape a living out of remote freight. This is a scenery of the small German airfield Trier-Fohren EDRT for the Microsoft Flight Simulator X. The scenery contains the airfield with textured tower and buildings. I made this scenery for my usage with photoreal ground textures made with SBuilderX. Unfortunately I have not the rights to distribute the texture layer made with SBuilderX , so I posted this scenery with standard FSX ground textures. That means, that the cars are not in a 100% position onto the standard FSX streets. But if you wish you can add a selfmade SBuilderX layer into the EDRT-scenery-file.

FS2004 Boeing 797 VARIG. There are as yet no official plans for any Boeing 787 or 797. Up until a couple years ago, most people believed Boeing's next major project might be a follow-on to the 747 to compete with Airbus's super-jumbo A380. While Boeing pushed developing an upgraded 747 model, most airlines indicated that they would prefer an entirely new design instead. The only publicly released concept I've come across for this potential new-build aircraft is shown below. Boeing's internal designation for this design study was the 763-246C. If it had gone into production, it would likely have been rechristened the 787 to conform to the standard Boeing naming convention. Model & textures by J R Lucariny. 2.1MB

This is a straight conversion of Mike Gurzeka's original aircraft from FS2000 to CFS2. The DP, AIR, CFG and Panel files are mine. The panel BMP is by Steve Downing. The skin is by SopwithC and represents an aircraft of NG1 serving in Holland and Germany in 1944. She is armed with six 20mm cannon, but does not carry the Schrage Musik 30mm system. I'm doing a new CFS2 dedicated version of this aircraft based on Mike's source file and equipped with the SChrage Musik system, but that's gonna take some time. And the original works so well in CFS2 and is such a unique plane, I thought you'd enjoy her as is. Place the he-218a5 folder in your CFS2/Aircraft folder and the gauges from the download in your CFS2/Gauges folder. You're set. Enjoy!

FSX KLM Douglas DC-6 Textures only. Having been an operator of the Douglas DC-2, DC-3, DC-4 and DC-5, it seemed only logical that KLM (celebrating its 90th anniversary in 2009) purchased the DC-6 for its long-haul routes. Seemed, because KLM already operated the Lockheed L-049 Constellation, the DC-6's competitor. Nevertheless, Connie and DC-6 marched on together quite well. Enclosed in this package are five repaints of DC-6's during several stages in their life with KLM. The 1957 livery of PH-DPP was an interim-livery (see the 'old fashioned' white lettering and the early-fifties style cowlings). The 1962 livery of PJ-DPI seems to have been an attempt to fit into the new house style of KLM without having to respray the fuselage, as the DC-6 reached the end of its KLM carreer anyway. This is an update for FS X acceleration of the Gloster Javelin by Mike Stone. I have updated the flight dynamics and changed a few things on the panel so it works in FS X. No virtual cockpit. You need the original aircraft for this update to work. Bob Chicilo
