If you have run "Projet Noratlas Upgrade 2.exe", maybe you have noticed that bottom rudders don't move with the upper parts. This fix resolves this problem.

FS2004 and FS2002: Medical Control Gauge for Mike Hill's RFDS KingAir B200 This gauge controls the Medical effects for the RFDS Kingair B200 and eliminates the need for the keyboard. When prop 1 is featherd below 900 rpm the large cargo or patient door will open on the aircraft. When prop 1 is at zero rpm (engine 1 off) the gurney will unlock and begin to appear from the aircraft and during that time the ambulance arrives.
