Augsburg Airport (EDMA) is a regional airfield north of the City of Augsburg, southern Germany (~60 kilometers west of Munich).
It was opened in 1968 and was regularly used by Augsburg Airways between 1985 and 2003. (Wikipedia)
at this time it is mainly used as a general aviation and business airfield and for charter flights
This scenery package contains Augsburg Airport as it was in 2003 and the surrounding Area, featuring
- Photo Scenery with night and seasonal variants,
- custom Autogen,
- Aiport with custom buildings and apron textures
- gliding field (uses ICAO code EDM2 in order to make the extra frequency work).

This scenery package represents seven UK Royal Naval Air Stations as they were in the 60's and 70's during the height of the Cold War. The stations included in this pack are:
RNAS Yeovilton, Somerset RNAS Merryfield (Yeoviltion's Satelite airfield)RNAS Culdrose, Cornwall RNAS Predannack (Culdrose's Satelite airfield)RNAS Brawdy, Wales RNAS Portland, Dorset RNAS Lossiemouth, Scotland. The first Douglas DC-3 planes that flew to Iberia had been military transports of the C-47A version. The first DC-3 that were used in Spain were three devices that were lost and landed by mistake in the Protectorate of Morocco. For two decades this plane would be the most important part of the air transport system in Spain, both civil and military. All the planes that arrived at the airlines were C-47 military, with the floor reinforced The internal configuration of the DC-3 was 21 seats, although the strong existing demand then forced the installation of folding seats, which increased the capacity to 25 seats, although sometimes it reached up to 28, which was the maximum capacity .
