FS2004 Project Airbus A320-232 United Airlines NC, registration N420UA. United Airlines has long been my favorite airline and the A320 one of my favorite fly-by-wire commercial aircraft. So it goes then without saying that it gives me great pride to present this Project Airbus A320-232, registration N420UA, in United Airlines new colors. This is one of UAL's first A320's and was the 2nd in the A320 fleet to be painted in the New Colors livery you see here. It was delivered to United from Airbus in July of 1994. This aircraft was a joy to paint thanks to the paintkit from Project Airbus. I paid attention to detail and realism as much as possible; I hope I did not fail any of you. Civilian "CS" (Competizione Sportiva=Sporting Race) versions of the known medium and torpedo bomber Savoia-Marchetti S.79 "Sparviero", deployed by Regia Aeronautica, or Italian Royal Air Force, were successfully flown (w/civil marks) in the "Istres-Damascus-Paris (Lindberg Cup)" 1937 air race, where they ranked the first three places of the final scoreboard. The also "civilian" "T" (Transatlantic) version of the very same S.79 performed exceptionally in the 1938 Atlantic crossing Roma-Dakar-Rio de Janeiro and in 1939 experimental test meant to verify the feasibility of an airline passengers and mail line between Italy and South America for the civilian airlines (Ala Littoria S.A.- Linee Aeree Atlantiche, later called L.A.T.I./Linee Aeree Transcontinentali Italiane) over the routes of Southern Atlantic Ocean (Brazil/Argentina/Equador). 3 new different GMax models, covering 3 different versions of the civilian S.79 described above and featuring the standard animated parts, such as all flight controls, props pitch and leading-edge slats. Ten (10) different liveries depicting all the S.79CS team which flew the 1937 Istres-Damascus-Paris Race, the 1938 Roma-Rio de Janeiro Expedition and the 1939 Transatlantic Test flight. FSX Doublepack pilotable norwegian coastal liner MS Nordstjernen. The ship was built in the mid 50th and served most of the time at Hurtigruten, the famous norwayan postal, passenger and ferry coastal line. It was, and sometime it is until now, the only infrastructure for some remote villages along the long coast of Norway. The package has models in two colors, a photorealistic navigation bridge and eight camera views let you explore the decks. This pretty and detailed GMAX-modells are made by Henrik Nielsen and belongs to his next addon with AI-ships and AI-Ship Traffic, which brings traffic into harbors and empty sea. This is Pease AFB, NH. as it was in the late '70s when it was the 509th Strategic Air Command base. Aircraft stationed at Pease AFB were the FB-111A mach 2+ swing-wing bombers, KC-135 refueling tankers and the T-37 trainers.
