FSX/P3D v3,v4 Messerschmitt 109B-D Without a doubt, the Messerschmitt Bf 109 was Germany's most important, and most numerous, fighter of World War II. With more than 30,000 of all variants produced, it is easily the most numerous of any fighter type of the war. First flown in 1935 as the Bf 109a, this arch-enemy of Great Britain was fitted with, of all things, a Rolls-Royce engine. It did not meet with instantaneous enthusiasm from pilots used to open cockpits, two wings, and great low-speed agility such as the biplanes of World War I. The ARX-5R (Concept 5) is a custom built single-seat unlimited category aerobatic aircraft based on the V8-powered ARX-5X (ARX5v21_jt-1.zip). The R Model was made specifically for Austin Gardner's Firestorm Airshows, one of the longest running online solo demo's. Like it's ARX-5 stablemates, the R model can easily handle compulsory competition maneuvers as well as more advanced gyroscopic maneuvers such as lomcovaks and tumbles. The ARX-5R has wings, tail, and gear struts from the ARX-5T Turbo Coyote, and is thus slightly faster than the original Model X. It is therefore the fastest piston-driven ARX-5 available. This FSX native model contains animations, reflections, environment mapping, spec mapping and a full dynamic virutal cockpit. Although it is not a real aircraft it does have several real-world components such as the Chelton Flight Systems EAU(engine airdata unit) display, and a Hartzell "scimitar" swept blade propeller. FSX/Acceleration Dornier Do-24K flying boat, used for reconnaisance, surveillance and later for SAR duties. This is a complete airplane, converted from Fs2004 to FSX and now with a new 2D panel and a very basic VC. The seaplane comes with two texture sets: One in the maritime colours of the Dutch East Indies by W. Regeer and one in photorealistic colours of the spanish SAR taskforce, made by Antonio Diaz. FSX cameras and weapon effects are included. Original FS2004-model by W. Regeer. FSX/VC-conversion with panel, camera- and weapon configuration by Erwin Welker.
