Hawaiian Airports Part 3 This scenery features the airports at Princeville, Port Allen, Waimea and Upolu. HI01-Princeville and PAK-Port Allen are located on the island of Kauai, the film location made famous by Stephen Spielberg's blockbuster, Jurrasic Park. PHMU-Waimea and PHUP-Upolu are located in the North West of Hawaii, also known as the Big Island. All runways, aprons, taxiways and buildings have been repositioned to their correct locations, and the scenery has been recreated based on photos of the real airports. The scenery features many animated objects including people, aircraft, animals, waves, cars, trucks and many more. Full night textures with light maps are included. All the scenery files have been sub-divided so they can be switched on or off according to user preference and hardware configuration. It has been designed for, and tested in DX9 and FSXA only. FS2004 5-6 blade Props Sounds These sounds were modified from the default Cessna Caravan but with a high pitch setting to give an aircraft like Beechcraft Starship a realistic sound sytem. FS2004 Radio Range System A bona fide Radio Range System simulating a robust navigation technique of the 1940s which lasted until the advent of the VOR. Uses Morse Code A and N audio signals to determine course. Nearly a year in development, this package includes a standalone DC-3 (based on the default) with three panels, new gauges and greatly improved flight dynamics; scenery for 118 Radio Range stations of Eastern US and SE Canada (from 1944 sectional charts) with approach plates for each; and a comprehensive instruction manual. All necessary system, program and sound files are included. Future enhancements will add Western US and Canadian stations. This is an important update for the Piasecki HUP Retriever. It corrects the contact points as the wheels were more than half hidden in the runway and the helicopter got out of control while landing at a too tilted angle. Evidently, the updater forgot to add the folder "Texture.VC.Military" from the Piasecki H 21 Shawnee, as the VC interior was pitch black for the most part. I also changed the viewpoint of the VC and the 2D panel and added smoke effect. In addition, I added a "hover" gauge to the VC and 2D panel. All updates by Michael Pook.
