FSX/P3D Convair Model 7002 XF-92A by Milton Shupe, Rick Mackintosh, Brian Alexson, Scott Thomas, Hans-Joerg Naegele, Jan Rosenberg, Nigel Richards, Pilot Figure by Jan Visser, and Tire textures by Mike Kelly. The Convair model 7002 or (P-92), a delta winged turbojet airplane, better known as the XF-92A, was the first in a long line of American Delta Winged Aircraft. The XF-92A was a single seat, jet propelled research fighter-type land plane. Characterized by a 60º delta wing and a large vertical tail, the wing planform of the XF-92A was an equilateral triangle with a span of 31’4”. With no separate horizontal tail surfaces, the elevons (combined elevator/aileron) provided the pitch and roll control for the aircraft. The authors of this package honors that development and testing that propelled the advancement of the delta wing concepts and use. IMPORTANT NOTES: Your Sim's Realism settings must be set to at least Medium for this product to work. XML TOOLS must be installed to get full benefits of "G" and AoA effects. This aircraft was purchased in France by the Aviation Republican during the Civil War, was the F-APDE. After the war serving with the Spanish Air Force with the 40-2 code. This airport was made using Airport Design Editor 9x (ADE9x). Manchester Boston Regional Airport is an airport located in Mancherster New Hamshire. I replaced all of the stock building with more accurate ones. I added more gates at the terminal a cargo gates to the southwest. At the cargo area, I added cargo buildings and cargo trucks. At the main terminal I put jetways and more gates. At the general aviation area, I put static aircraft and more parking. I made all this based on Google earth and Bing maps. By request, an FSX Convair 990A engine smoke coordinates fix for the freeware FSX Historic Jetliners Group (HJG) Convair 990A (419Convair_990A.zip) which you must have previously installed in FSX. Corrects the misplacement of engine smoke on all four engine exhaust ports. Can be used with the existing HJG thicker, heavier smoke, or gives you the option of a thinner, lighter engine smoke. This version has the Mitsubishi MK4T Kasei 25 1850hp Air Cooled engine and One Type 97 7.7mm dorsal machine gun, one Type 97 7.7mm ventral machine gun.
