FSX Quad City International Airport IA / IL. The Quad City International Airport serves the Quad City area of Davenport and Bettendorf Iowa and Moline and Rock Island Illinois, surrounding communities, plus areas of eastern Iowa and western Illinois. This scenery includes many improvements over the default version, including a completely new passenger terminal, modeled after the real life facility, using custom textures; the John Deere facility, Elliott Aviation facility, and the U. S. Postal Service Processing and Distribution facility, all on the south side of the airport, also using custom textures; a modified landclass file, which eliminates any autogen objects displaying within the airport grounds; completely rebuilt vehicle paths, which do not allow airport vehicles to access any taxiways; an option to use the scenery with the crosswind runways activated or not activated; and accurate parking assignments for commercial and GA aircraft. Also included are Henry Tomkiewicz's Gufstream G-II and Learjet 35 AI aircraft repainted in John Deere Corporate colors. There are also flight plans included for the John Deere aircraft, as well as additional GA flight plans using various default FSX aircraft. FSX/P3D Boeing 747-400 ANA Pokemon 'Jet '98' Package. All Nippon Airways (ANA) operated the Boeing 747-400 between 1991 and 2011. Several aircraft were decorated with various Pokemon themes on the body and interior. Project Opensky Boeing 747-400 assembled and upgraded for FSX with the developed B747 VC (virtual 3d cockpit) from Alejandro Rojas Lucenda (Manual included). This is the Project Opensky FSX native Boeing 747-400 model, and includes ground cargo servicing, stairs (FSX - Go to Views - Instrument Panel -Posky Utility), fixed jetways and more. Included CF engine sounds from BrandonG, with realistic jet whine to make your flight sound great. Thank you to Project Opensky for their contributions to the worldwide community of flight simulation. I have added the realistic textures by thepilotchef. FSX/FS2004 PA-48 Enforcer With new ideas of how to keep the P-51 Mustang alive in 1968 and in service, the long-standing workhorse Merlin V- 12 was replaced with a turboprop. This mod was not funded by the USAF, but by Cavalier. The new modification was called the Turbo Mustang III. Later, Cavalier sold the project to Piper. In 1971 Piper built two Enforcers by heavily modifying two existing P-51 Mustang aircraft and fitting them with Lycoming T55-L9A turboprop engines (along with numerous other significant modifications). It was flight tested in April 1971. The USAF, under pressure from Congress, did order two prototype PA-48 from Piper. No other orders were placed and the project died. The package represents Grumman G-164 Super AgCat B/600 (powered by Pratt & Whitney 600 HP Pratt & Whitney R-1340-AN1). configurated as a floatplane in the liveries of two canadian seaplane companies - the Vancouver Island Air, serving coastal British Columbia, and the Rusty Myers, providing flights to remote outposts located in the Wabakimi Provincial Park in the Northwestern Ontario. The package is based on Bill Holker's 3D model and basic texture (SeacatFloatPlane.zip) and includes two new livery, new VC and 2D pop-up panels (with new gauges, allowing engine realistic operations), R-1340 authentic sound (by Warwick Carter) and flight dynamics with spin capability. FS2002/FS2004 Scaled Composites "ARES". This is the Scaled Composites Model 151 "ARES" (Agile Responsive Effective Support) designed as a "Mud fighter" ground support aircraft in response to the US Army's request for a Low Cost Battlefield Attack Aircraft (LCBAA). It is powered by a single Pratt & Whitney JT15D-1 turbojet engine. The original design was a pusher turboprop and evolved into the current design when Scaled Composites decided to build N151SC as a demonstrator. The ARES first flew on February 19, 1990 and is still available for use as a research testbed.
