The J-22 interceptor was developped in Yugoslavia in the early 1980s to replace the F-84 Thunderjet of the Yugoslav Air Force at that time. The package includes three original liveriea as well as a "Display" repaint by Mario Petrin. It features added smoke effects and FSX compatible gauges, but only has a non- functional VC. FSX / P3Dv3 Gloster Meteor. This was the first British jet fighter and the first to enter service with the Allies of World War II. The development of the Meteor depended to a large extent on its innovative pulsorreactor engines, developed by Sir Frank Whittle and his company, Power Jets Ltd. The development of the airplane began in 1940, but had already begun to work on the engines in 1936. The Meteor It made its first flight in 1943 and began operating on July 27, 1944 with the 616th Royal Air Force (RAF) Squadron. Various variants of the Meteor were developed to incorporate technological advances during the 1940s and 1950s. Thousands of specimens were manufactured to serve in the RAF and other air forces, and the model remained in service for several decades. In the Second World War the Meteor entered into action in a limited way, while the Meteor of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) contributed significantly in the Korean War and other users such as Argentina, Egypt and Israel also used their Meteor in regional conflicts. In 2011, two Meteor, license plates WL419 and WA638, remained in active service at the Martin-Baker company as test benches for ejection seats. Thanks to Alphashim for his great model and those such as Morton, who have collaborated with the various Skins to make this complete package with changes that I personally made in VC Texture and Gauges, Smoke effects, Sound and others, for its correct operation in FSX up to P3D v3. Enjoyment...

FS2004 or 2002 scenery - Arecibo Observatory & surrounding hills, currently operated by the Cornel University, is a big object in the Arecibo area, in Puerto Rico, and can be seen from quite a distance. It is close to the Arecibo airport, ICAO designation ABO (ARE in FS2002). The observatory is used for radio-astronomy, and the spheric dish is 304 metres in diameter. ("Spheric" as opposed to "parbolic"). The "receiver-transmitter" is in a gondola suspended over the dish by three sets of cables, which are suspended from three towers. The Microsoft FS2004 site has testimonials claiming the existence of the observatory, but it only exists in FS2000, where it is quite poorly done. Author: Fern Marques. 111K

FS2004 Douglas DC-3 Santair Few people realize that Santa Monica Airport, where the venerable Douglas DC-3 first flew on 17th December 1935, was named after Santa Klaus and his wife Monica. The Man In Red was quick to spot the benefits of undertaking his yearly mission in a mode of transportation ideally suited to the task, and was one of Douglas' first customers. "Hallmark Cards and Thomas Kincade can keep their reindeer and chimneys", he declared. "I'm going with Pratt and Whitney. Fuel me up, elf". And so it is today. 70 years later, if you look up into the sky on Christmas Eve ... there's every chance you'll get hit in the eye by a plummeting box, should any of Monica's hand-sewn parachutes fail to open. Based on the default DC-3, with parachute present delivery effect adapted from the work of Pierino Primavesi. Also features Christmas lights on the cabin top. Merry Christmas to all! By Mark Beaumont. 3MB FS2004 Douglas DC-3 Santair FIX If, in the spirit of the holiday season and to delight your offspring, you downloaded Rudolph The Red-nosed DC-3 (DC3SANTA.ZIP), you may have noticed that no presents are seen to fall from the aircraft as were promised. You have, no doubt, been concerned as to whether you were good enough this year to merit any, haven't you? However, rest at ease. The lack of gifts is all down to a major stuff-up by Santa's Chief Elf, yours truly, who uploaded old working files in error rather than the finished packages. So here are sackfuls of presents to remedy things. Please apologise to your children and, once again, Merry Christmas! By Mark Beaumont. 36K
