FSX Quad City International Airport IA / IL. The Quad City International Airport serves the Quad City area of Davenport and Bettendorf Iowa and Moline and Rock Island Illinois, surrounding communities, plus areas of eastern Iowa and western Illinois. This scenery includes many improvements over the default version, including a completely new passenger terminal, modeled after the real life facility, using custom textures; the John Deere facility, Elliott Aviation facility, and the U. S. Postal Service Processing and Distribution facility, all on the south side of the airport, also using custom textures; a modified landclass file, which eliminates any autogen objects displaying within the airport grounds; completely rebuilt vehicle paths, which do not allow airport vehicles to access any taxiways; an option to use the scenery with the crosswind runways activated or not activated; and accurate parking assignments for commercial and GA aircraft. Also included are Henry Tomkiewicz's Gufstream G-II and Learjet 35 AI aircraft repainted in John Deere Corporate colors. There are also flight plans included for the John Deere aircraft, as well as additional GA flight plans using various default FSX aircraft. This is an FSX update for the FS2004 Beechcraft D17 Staggerwing by the Simtech Team including the wheels and the float version. As the original FS2004 version displayed major graphic issues in FSX and the float version wasn't flyable at all due to incompatible contact points I've decided to make this wonderful aircraft available for FSX users also. The package also includes both a reworked VC and a new 2D panel with animated yokes and new gauges for the most part. Exhaust smoke included as well. Thanks to Simtech for the original model and for the FS2002 2D panel design by Mariano Pedro Bernacki, which perfectly matches the VC. All graphic and panel updates as well as smoke configuration by Michael Pook. The model may work in P3D,version3 also.

The different Hurricanes contained in this offering is possible the best freeware ones that are avaiable to the 'simming-community'. It was however not avaiable in an all-inclusive package as many downloads from other sites was required if one would want to compile a noteworthy package. This is exactly what I went and did, and more: 1. The aircraft.cfg file was tweaked. 2. Some textures were improved/corrected. 3. Two brand new Night Fighter textures were added that was created by me. 4. The previously textureless issues that showed up on these models due to the incorrect mapping or lack of textures for the cannon-armed Hurricanes was also fixed, now all of these are case-specific to each of the related Hurricanes as these are now colour-coded for the respective aircraft concerned.

FSX Upgrade for Tim Conrad's US Navy River patrol boat (PBR), known from the movie "Apocalyse Now". My features provides FSX-compatible gauges and airfiles, weapon effect configuration plus fourteen cameras, showing all the details and weapons of this splendit model. I have updated the flight dynamics, corrected the contact points where necessary and added two float points, changed the throttle quadrant to a toggle window as it was not all visible, and changed the engines from jets to turbo-props.
