TA-4 Skyhawk Package for FSX (Category: FSX > Military)
567.61Mb (2130 downloads)
TA-4 Skyhawk Package for Flight Simulator X (FSX) ******* Ex payware from India Fox Echo/Dino Cattaneo. Welcome to the TA-4 SKYHAWK for Flight Simulator X. Before you start, please note that this module is derivative of a project specifically designed for Lockheed Martin Prepar3D v4. The manual provided in this folder is the one for the P3Dv4 version. Here are the main differences between the FSX and the P3Dv4 versions: - The FSX version does not have the instructor/backseat cockpit - PBR effects (not supported by FSX) have been removed and replaced with traditional materials - The radar scope images are provided through the FSX GPS mapping service, as opposed to the more realistic GPS ground radar service Pretty much everything else is the same as the P3D version.

Grumman XF5F-1 Skyrocket PTO Operational Colors
2.36Mb (2130 downloads)
FS2002 Grumman XF5F-1 Skyrocket PTO Operational Colors The Grumman Skyrocket was developed just before WW2 and was the first twin engine Navy fighter. It had awesome performance for its day, it was fast (exceeded 450mph in a dive) and could outclimb a Corsair. Carrier pilots loved it because the contra-rotating props eliminated torque effects on takeoffs and landings. Unfortunately, the Navy thought it was too heavy for carrier ops and opted to mass produce the single engine F4F. This FSDS2 Project includes full moving parts (tail hook, canopy, ailerons etc...)custom panel and specular shine, repaint based on a "what if" the navy had chosen this aircraft instead of the wildcat....the rest is history. Textures: Felipe Belalcazar Panel: Roger Gilmore Model: Paul Clawson. 2.4MB

F-16B Chase Viper Textures
F-16B Chase Viper Textures (Category: FSX > Military)

F-16B Block 20 Viper. This is a repackaging of Kirk Olsson's excellent F-16B viper (viper2tc.zip), which can be found here (see base pack link): The f-16b viper Block 20's were upgraded under the MLU or Mid-life Update Program to F100-PW-220(E) engine so that the F-15, F-16, and F-22 can have the same or similiar engines. This package upadates the engine with the correct flight dynamics guaranteed Mach 2.05 at 40,000 feet in FSX SP2. The lights section has been re-ordered and afterburners added. Jan Rosenberg's afterburner effects are required and can be found here: http://www.simviation.com/fs2004military6.htm. The original Kirk Olsson zip file did not contain a panel or sounds. An excellent VC panel redone for FSX by Danny Garnier can be found here (see link) Use the sounds that you have in your F-16C. File size: 7.89 MB

Gloster Meteor FSX / P3Dv3
Gloster Meteor FSX / P3Dv3
Gloster Meteor FSX / P3Dv3 (Category: FSX > Vintage)
118.51Mb (2129 downloads)
FSX / P3Dv3 Gloster Meteor. This was the first British jet fighter and the first to enter service with the Allies of World War II. The development of the Meteor depended to a large extent on its innovative pulsorreactor engines, developed by Sir Frank Whittle and his company, Power Jets Ltd. The development of the airplane began in 1940, but had already begun to work on the engines in 1936. The Meteor It made its first flight in 1943 and began operating on July 27, 1944 with the 616th Royal Air Force (RAF) Squadron. Various variants of the Meteor were developed to incorporate technological advances during the 1940s and 1950s. Thousands of specimens were manufactured to serve in the RAF and other air forces, and the model remained in service for several decades. In the Second World War the Meteor entered into action in a limited way, while the Meteor of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) contributed significantly in the Korean War and other users such as Argentina, Egypt and Israel also used their Meteor in regional conflicts. In 2011, two Meteor, license plates WL419 and WA638, remained in active service at the Martin-Baker company as test benches for ejection seats. Thanks to Alphashim for his great model and those such as Morton, who have collaborated with the various Skins to make this complete package with changes that I personally made in VC Texture and Gauges, Smoke effects, Sound and others, for its correct operation in FSX up to P3D v3. Enjoyment...

3 New Glass Cockpit Textures for FSX Default Props
12.67Mb (2129 downloads)
I have created three additional glass cockpit texture options for the FSX default Cessna C172, Baron 58 and Mooney Bravo. I have installed the glass cockpit to my favourite of the default FSX textures so I have an option of two different textures with glass cockpits per aircraft rather than just one. I hope you all enjoy the additional textures.
