FSX Cessna 172 GGFEA Textures only. This is a repaint only for the stock Cessna 172 in Flight Simulator X. (This will 'not' work in FS2004. This is a DDS texture set). This repaints the default Cessna to an actual British Cessna. This repaint uses the Garmin G1000 panel in FSX. However, if you wish, you can change it to the default panel by editing out "G1000" from the panel entry line in the config file and replacing all textures from another Cessna texture pack and placing in this folder (except for the file 'C172_T.DDS'). Remember to turn off 'Show Aircraft ID' as this aircraft features its own Registry in the paint scheme. By William Ortis. FSX/P3D Convair Model 7002 XF-92A by Milton Shupe, Rick Mackintosh, Brian Alexson, Scott Thomas, Hans-Joerg Naegele, Jan Rosenberg, Nigel Richards, Pilot Figure by Jan Visser, and Tire textures by Mike Kelly. The Convair model 7002 or (P-92), a delta winged turbojet airplane, better known as the XF-92A, was the first in a long line of American Delta Winged Aircraft. The XF-92A was a single seat, jet propelled research fighter-type land plane. Characterized by a 60º delta wing and a large vertical tail, the wing planform of the XF-92A was an equilateral triangle with a span of 31’4”. With no separate horizontal tail surfaces, the elevons (combined elevator/aileron) provided the pitch and roll control for the aircraft. The authors of this package honors that development and testing that propelled the advancement of the delta wing concepts and use. IMPORTANT NOTES: Your Sim's Realism settings must be set to at least Medium for this product to work. XML TOOLS must be installed to get full benefits of "G" and AoA effects. FSX native Cessna 150 taildragger. The Cessna 150 is a two-seat general aviation airplane that was designed for flight training, touring and personal use. This is the taildragger variant. Taildragger conversions such as the 'Texas Taildragger' conversion are available and have been fitted to some 150s. It involves strengthening the fuselage for the main gear being moved further forward, removing the nosewheel and strengthening the tail area for the tailwheel. This greatly improves short field performance and is claimed to give up to a 10 kn (19 km/h) cruise speed increase. Mark Walsh has produced a very nice series of modern CFS2 RN ships; some not even in the water yet in the RW, and very generously uploaded the FSDS source files for further development. Using Arnos fantasticly powerfull and easy to use freeware MDLX3.0, the conversions to FSX were just as easy as that, they look and run great. All the ships are hard deck, QE's ramp, deck and hangar are all hard decked. A while back, I became custodian of a departed mates project files; the Charlie files. One project was a RFA ROVER class AOR scenery file, evidently a UKMIL creation from the FS 2002 days. Quite nice despite its age; I converted and re-scaled to FSX standard,tweaked up the textures and finally got a hard deck in it, so off to down load for your naval aviating enjoyment.
