Frontier Boeing 737-800 Splashscreen for FSX

LGSM Samos International Airport, Greece. The island of Samos lies in the Eastern Aegean and is a very popular tourist destination for flights from Berlin, Munich, Gatwick, Oslo, Copenhagen, Rome and many others. It is widely regarded as the most dangerous airport in Greece, mountaineous terrain requires a sharp right hand turn onto runway 09 and landings are invariably subject to strong turbulence. The airport has been designed to sit on the excellent photoreal scenery by Dimitris Ntaskas, which is available on Avsim and called 'samos_305814.zip'. It also uses many objects from my lgkf_kefallinia.zip scenery also available here. The scenery has been designed for and tested with DX9 and FSXA only, if used with the default terrain many objects will be misplaced. The scenery features a very detailed airport, repositioned according to satellite imagery and is based on real photographs. Full night lighting is included with washed lighting of the apron and carparks. The nearby town of Pythagorio has been modelled and includes some local landmarks. This is FSX V 1.2 upgrade of the Robert Bruce model of the Bristol F2b Brisfit Collectors Edition Mega package. To start with there was no 2d panel so I made 3 of them. Normal, medium sized and Land panel. There are 15 liveries : British, Hellenic, Argentinian, Mexican, Belgian, Australian, Peruvian, Polish, Spanish, New Zealand, Irish & USA Air Forces including RAF famus Brisfish (Bristol Fish) with the fuselage painted as a giant Baracuda and 81330 of the Indian Gift Sq. presented by the Maharaja of Darbhanga as well the American Version of Dayton Wright (XB-1A) of the 13th Attack USAAF sq. All textures are in 2048 px for higher res. with many museum photreal liveries, real metal textures and precise details. The model features multiple camera views, animated pilot and gunner and an extremely detailed VC. FS2004/FSX/P3D (up to v3 only) DeHavilland DH90 Dragonfly. Designed for FS2004, it will port over to FSX and Prepar3D with the usual differences. There are five models included in the package covering the two extant aircraft, G-AEDU and ZK-AYR, as fully controlled models. A third model with generalised texture mapping is also included for easy repaints. There are also two AI models, one specifically for G-AEDU and the other a generalised texture. By Keith Paine.

Russian Jet engine for any Russian heavy jet aircraft. Can Work in Fs2004. Not tested in FSX but should work.

This is an early-block B model B-26 prior to the addition of the longer wings and taller tail. She is equipped with field modifications in the form of fuselage gun packs...giving her a total of 12 .50s. She is multi-LOD, comes complete with crew figures, panel, gauges and weapons. AIR file by 1%. Weapons are by Dbolt; crew by Martin Wright. The 26 is a tempermental aircraft and it takes some experience to master her flight characteristics. IMPORTANT: The use of elevator trim and flaps are critical in flying the B-26 successfully. There is a complete set of mousable trim controls on the fuel panel. Get to know your panel screens This aircraft bears the colors of "Mister Period/Tondelayo" 452nd BS, 322nd BG, Bury-St-Edmunds, UK, 1943 painted by James Peach (Sopwith Chameleon). The B is based on Bismarck13's (William Dickens) original A model source file. Special thanks to Bis for it's use. This is an update for FSX that some people may be unaware they need. It contains an exe file that will install a missing portion of service pack 1 that was left out of Acceleration. The .dll file in the other folder may be needed for those who have FSX crash when accessing menus; or as happened to me, needed to be there so FSX Acceleration did not crash early each session while running under Windows 8.1. The SP1 update also makes it possible to see carriers in Acceleration that otherwise would not be able to be seen. These files are on the internet for anyone to download, but I don't remember coming across an update like this to bring people's attention to them.
