LGSM Samos International Airport, Greece. The island of Samos lies in the Eastern Aegean and is a very popular tourist destination for flights from Berlin, Munich, Gatwick, Oslo, Copenhagen, Rome and many others. It is widely regarded as the most dangerous airport in Greece, mountaineous terrain requires a sharp right hand turn onto runway 09 and landings are invariably subject to strong turbulence. The airport has been designed to sit on the excellent photoreal scenery by Dimitris Ntaskas, which is available on Avsim and called 'samos_305814.zip'. It also uses many objects from my lgkf_kefallinia.zip scenery also available here. The scenery has been designed for and tested with DX9 and FSXA only, if used with the default terrain many objects will be misplaced. The scenery features a very detailed airport, repositioned according to satellite imagery and is based on real photographs. Full night lighting is included with washed lighting of the apron and carparks. The nearby town of Pythagorio has been modelled and includes some local landmarks. This package contains 2 sets of camera views ( defined by camera definitions in the aircraft.cfg file ) for the beautiful Boeing F/A-18A Hornet by Microsoft available only in the Acceleration expansion Pack. Version 1.1 is actually based on my original package but with more views and some slight mods to some parameters. Version 2.0 is based on version 1.1 but some of the cameras are place at a higher level. Three new views : top-down zoomable view of the aircraft. 2 VC "Over the shoulder" views. New Splashscreen for FSX

There thousands of "Forgoptten Airfields" around the world. Some were great during WW2 and much needed others went bankrupt due to very little trafic and others just faded away....Have you wanted to fly out to one of these?? or maybe more??..Well here is your chance. Not an easy one to find in Alaska, a truly forgotten one in cold Russia and one that was shut down after a doomed expediiton in Chile...It will not be a piece of cake finding them but you sure will have fun trying!!!...The kit includes everything, you put the planes and experience.....

FS2004 Cessna 185 Update. This file is an update to the CFG file of the Cessna 185 by J. R. LUCARINY (here). This update modifies the contact points of the main gear and tail wheel. Now the wheels are set at ground level instead of slightly underneath the ground as seen on the original aircraft. Also engine horsepower increased to 350hp and stall speed with flaps down is decreased to 45 knots. This may not sound like a realistic modification (and it isnt) but hey, its flightsim, so whatever. The plane now lifts off the ground at a more reasonable distance, just adjust the prop to 2400rpm at 500ft. no manifold pressure limit so go wide open until you run out of gas!. I use a Cessna 206 sound set but you can alias the default mooney sounds for a more realistic sound. Have fun with the Cessna 185. 184K

FS2002 NATIONAL AIRLINES 777-300 for FS2002 Pro By Michael Carr This is a repaint of the default 777-300 for FS2002 complete with Panel. I repainted this aircraft in the National Airlines livery based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA (see the included information sheet. ) I also included a nice 777 Panel by Che Ridland for FS2000 with changes to the left and right fixed views (conflicted with the Virtual cockpit views) and a new fixed rear view. 4.8MB
