FS2002 ME309V4 version 1.0. An original design by Gerald Lindell. Features full animation including retractable radiator. Fsds2 model by Gerald Lindell, textures by George Lindell and flight model, dp and vc gauges byh Andre van Duin. This plane featured many new ideas such as pressurized cockpit, tricycle landing gear and retractable radiator. There were only four made (V1 and V2) and never made it into production. FS2004 Northrop XP-56A Black Bullet. The XP-56 was developed to specification R-40C, that encouraged the development of unconventional fighters. It was a tailless aircraft of magnesium construction. The handling characteristics and performance of the P-56 were unsatisfactory; one was lost and the second was finally declared unairworthy. FSDS 3.0 model by Jeffrey Nissen. Beriev Be-12 Chaika (Seagull) NATO reporting name: MAIL FSX/P3D. Multi-purpose maritime reconnaissance, electronic warfare, anti-submarine and SAR amphibian flying boat of the AVMF. A few remain in use to this day. Evolved from the Be-6, and designed in parallel with the Be-10, the Chaika was a dedicated ASW machine developed to counter George Washington/Polaris A-1 SSBN's, as initially designed, with the SKAT nuclear depth bomb. FSX 2021 native conversion of this all new, and excellent Be-12 by Doson, Gritsevsky, Wishmaster, DZIES. With the kind permission of Doson. The model does not have a VC modelled, so our trusty An-32 by Piglet has donated a VC. It's pretty close, and does the job nicely. The model also had no flightcrew, so a set of Piglet aircrew were slid in. Vlads dear old, and terribly inaccurate Mail, can go to a well deserved retirement after 19 years of service. Doson's is accurate in shape and dimensions, very fast FPS, pretty good for drawcalls, and looks great. The Mail is a challenging modelling job, and these boys have him just right. This popup gauge set will help on final approaches by allowing you to monitor altitude, airspeed, vertical speed, AGL radar altimeter, and keep an eye on the glide slope without having to look in the cockpit. I made this so I wouldn't need a 50% or less cockpit view while on approach in some aircraft to keep an eye on the gauges and glide slope. The Airspeed gauge was chosen because below 10,000 ft, max speed is 250 kts, and the gauge max speed is 240 Kts. It will help you monitor your airspeed below 10,000 if the gauge is pegged pass 240 kts. I also chose it because the green band ends around 160 KTS and that would be max approach speed for MOST aircraft, and the yellow band begins at 160 kts and ends at 220 kts, and those would be max speeds for most aircraft when dropping gear and flaps. So the gauge suits my purpose well. However, we all know each aircraft is specific. The AGL radar altimeter is great for flaring over the runway and cutting power, and has 5 foot increments for flawless touchdowns. It will also warn if the gear is up when the AGL kicks in. Radar Altimeter gauge is by Pierre FASSEAUX, and his read me, and all gauge documentation are included in this zip file. Nice gauge! The other gauges are default FSX Extra 300 gauges. FS2004 C.R.D.A. Cant.Z.506A / C Ala Littoria. Developed from a design of Ing. Zappata, the first prototype of this entirely wooden construction seaplane, flown by test pilot Stoppani, did its maiden flight, powered by three American made Wright Cyclone, in August 1936 and gained immediately eight world records in speed and two in altitude in the seaplane category. Successive versions, powered by three Alfa Romeo 126 RC10 (later RC34), gained another 16 world records. These airplanes (A or C) were intended for commercial transport of 12/14 passengers, 25 of them were employed by 'Ala Littoria' Company on Mediterranean routes, the Royal Italian Air Force bought another 13 similar aircraft. During WWII all the civilian aircraft, aquired by Regia Aeronautica (Royal Italian Air Force), were used in communication and SAR roles.
