FS98 Canadair CP-107 Argus Mk 2 CEPE RCAF. The Canadair Argus was a maritime patrol aircraft which served with the Royal Canadian Air Force and the Canadian Armed Forces from 1958 to 1980. This aircraft serial 12742 was assigned to the Central Experimental Proving Establisment (CEPE) for in service testing purposes. CEPE later became AETE in the Canadian Forces. The aircraft has functioning nav lights, anti-collision lights (strobes), visible landing lights, moving flaps, propellors and undercarriage. A panel and checklist are provided. File size507129. The Granville Gee Bee Model Z was a 1930's American racing aircraft and the 1st 'Super Sportster' aircraft built by Granville Brothers in Massachusetts. Model and VC by Warwick Carter. For FS2004 and FSX: The L.3 was a partially failed attempt to create a very simple and cheap monoplane trainer, better suited to the entire basic training syllabus of Regia Aronautica pilots from 1940 onwards. This open cockpit version was also adopted for 'lead in' training, by the Croatian Air Force, and eventually the Luftwaffe, and by the A.N.R. for assault glider pilot training. Some also served as 'unit hacks' during WW2. Full details are in the suppled contextual history. This release (Part 1) provides two open cockpit MDLs, with different landing gear, many relevant liveries, a combined contextual history of both the open and closed cabin versions, and an illustrated Student Training Manual to allow realistic simulation of the wartime Axis 'lead in' training syllabus. The Part 2 of this release will later feature the enclosed cabin version. This is an update for FS2004 of the Alphasim Martin-Baker MB 5. I have updated the flight dynamics, made minor changes to the panel backgrounds, changed the GPS, changed the size of the autopilot, added auto-throttle, and changed the view zoom. This is the whole aircraft. It has a virtual cockpit.
