Umhlanga Rocks is a popular holiday destination for South Africans. It is a located just north of Durban International Airport - FADN - (Durban, South Africa) and Virginia Airport - FAVG. Many small aircraft fly over the Umhlanga area on their final approach to Virginia Airport and commercial aircraft fly over this area too when making their approach to Durban International.

FSX Air Afrique Cargo Boeing 747-2S4F. Registration TU-TAP "Lomé". This aircraft was delivered new to Air Afrique in 1980. It was sold to Cargolux International only 5 years later, which in turn sold it to Korean Airlines in 1986. This is the great Project OpenSky POSKY742FJT9A123B2 model, originally created for FS9, converted for FSX. Full animations including rotating nose wheel, flexi-wings, opening cargo doors (including nose and side door) and jetway ready main exit door. No POSKY Ground Services (AGS). 18 wheels contact points with new ground effects. Realistic Pratt & Whitney JT9D-7 Turbofans engines and environment custom sound pack, original by Mike Maarse modified for a better 4 engines configuration. Custom 2D panel based on Ready for Pushback (RFP) panel with day and night textures (No VC). Panel uses mostly Concorde gauges and Ken Mitchell's Boeing 747-200 xml gauges. Panel also includes GPWS, TCAS and FMC by Garret Smith. See Manual to get the best out of the FMC. New lighting and effects, with 13 camera views. High quality 32bit textures with very detailled gear assembly and engine pods. Realistic flight dynamics and ATC callsign, type and model. Frame rate friendly. Tested with FSX Acceleration. These are updates I've done for the freeware Virtavia F-101 Voodoo. The VC has been completely redone using a scratch made gauge package. I've completely deleted the 2D panel. I never use it any way. I've also done some tweaks to the aircraft cfg., along with some new effects. All these updates breathe some fresh life into the old bird. This is the complete aircraft. Enjoy! By Bob Erwin.

This is an update for FSX of the Alpha Tu-16 Badger. I have updated the flight dynamics, changed the smoke effect, added a gauge or two, and replaced the gauges on the panel that would not work in FSX. This won't work completely in FS9, see my other update for FS9.
